Not like the pictures

The pictures look much better than the actual hotel. Cigarette burns in the chairs and blankets. A baby roach in the mini fridge and the walls are thin. Luckily it was just a place to lay out heads as we were not in the room much but to change and sleep. Not for kids and "continental breakfast" was eh! Will not be biking this hotel again.

Why no one should stay there

Pros: Not one thing
Cons: Better get help that can communicate with customers. Told me he didn't know how I could be refunded the money I paid by credit card
Location: Close to Lambert Airport, but what good is that?
Booked two rooms online. Arrived to find out they didn't have a shuttle to the Airport and wouldn't let me leave my car. Also wouldn't cancel my reservation. Said he wasn't authorized. Asked to use restroom after 3 hr drive and were told it was out of order. Asked to talk to Mgr. and was told no one was available. The person behind the desk said he was not authorized to do anything

Okay hotel for the location.

Well can’t understand the guy at the front desk. Charged my card twice. Then argued with me about it. We have a non smoking room, with cigarette burns in the sheets, and what also looks to be like very questionable stains. Human fluids. Very discussing. Neighbors were making very loud noises if you know what I mean. And workers cleaning rooms were slamming doors at 7am. Not a quiet place. Will never come back here.

Just what I needed

I wanted an inexpensive motel not too far from the airport. This is an older building and shows some wear. But the rooms are clean, and the owners friendly, helpful and attentive. New good mattress. Fridge and microwave in the room. Ceiling fan is a nice touch.

The front desk person was never there, there was also a heavy smoke smell throughout the whole hotel. The hotel itself isn't in a very good part of town. It just felt creepy & scary.

Nice beds and friendly staff

The beds were amazing and the staff always had a smile and we're prompt when I made a request.

The room was great, spacious and clean. Breakfast was soso coffee was alright, juice machine was broken, yogurt was frozen but overall it was a nice stay.

Know where not to go
