“Beautiful room, excellent pools, really lovely environment. Staff very smiley, polite and helpful. Almost faultless. They arranged taxis as needed. Spa was also wonderful. However….. Bottle of water 1L cost £6-7, air con hugely noisy, bed very uncomfortable, staff v e r y s l o w to serve drinks / food once ordered. It’s a new set-up so I have no doubt it will improve.”

“Tout était parfait du début à la fin. La chambre était spacieuse, d’une propreté irréprochable et décorée avec beaucoup de goût. Le coin terrasse est magnifique, un vrai petit havre de paix. On entend le doux bruit de la fontaine, hyper apaisant… un vrai moment de détente. Le personnel est exceptionnel : toujours souriant, bienveillant et attentif. On se sent immédiatement à l’aise, et surtout considérés comme bien plus que de simples clients. Je recommande vraiment cet endroit les yeux fermés……

“this property is 40 minutes away from Marrakesh in middle of nowhere off an highway. You cannot leave the premises without hiring 30 euro hotel cab, forced to eat every night paying 25 euros per head for dinner. There is no Yoga availabvle as advertised, no horse ridiong nearby, WIFI did not work at all, no TV s in room. CANNOT USE POOL AS FREEZING WATER. We booked for 6 nights and left after 3 nights without even caring about losing money paid already. It was so bad. 3 nights were forced to……

“Tres jolie et reposant, seul bémol que je mettrais c est le petit dejeuner pain confiture boisson, il manque du salé. La restauration tout est bon ! J etais dans les cabanon tente, tres bien hors saison car en haute saison je pense qu'on ettouferai , il y a quand meme un ventilateur mais sous 40degres voir plus ca ne suffirai pas. Jai passé une super semaine detente. Piscine incroyable Je recommande meme si c est loin du centre le taxi n est pas chère donc tres rentable et mieux que d etre dans……

“Point positif : taille humaine, personnel souriant et courtois, musique discrète, propreté, piscine superbe, cuisine et spécialités marocaines délicieuses (succulents!) hygiène irréprochable, personnel très discret notamment autour de la piscine, je ne parle meme pas du hammam....la dame qui le fait est douee, merci! Point d amélioration : une grande majorité de la carte sont des plats italiens (alors que la cuisine marocaine faite sur place est délicieuse...venir au Maroc pour manger des……
