Wonderful Property
Lovely property, very beautiful scenery and well maintained landscape. Parking is right on-site under many trees. No problem though, they spray your car in the morning to remove all the leaves, etc. The cottages are very romantic & private (stand alone houses), nicely furnished and layout is perfect despite being in desperate need of upgrades or renovations. Check-in/out smooth and very organized. Swimming pool is very nice, well maintained. Breakfast was good, due to Covid restrictions only jad option of 3 Sets though you could order multiple sets if desired. Would recommend but certainly need car to travel around Lampang.

Wonderful and Quaint
As others mentioned, the grounds are amazing and the highlight. The restaurant quality was very good. The room was quaint with a rural Thai style. We'll be back.

The hotel is in a gorgeous setting, with lots of greenery, a pond and a pool. The room.was very spacious, the bed super comfortable and we fell asleep listening to a lonely gecko trying to find a mate. The menu was a little limited, but these are diffiult times. Staff was super friendly and helpful.

Great place
Property is amazing with large trees, nice walkways. The pool is quite nice also. The food and service is very good. The rooms are a little dated, but we do hope to stay there again soon.

Relaxing in the Garden
I had a nice 1-night stay. Friendly staff, gorgeous grounds, comfortable room and great pool. Not much to do nearby, but that's obvious if you see the location (about a 10 minute ride from Lampang) I enjoyed my stay and would stay there again. Wonderful nature (and not too buggy, at least in December)

Serene..peaceful..Lanka style hotel
Of you want to taste true Thai Lanka beauty be sure to go to Lampang and stay here. Huge garden type grounds..lovely swimming pool..the whole place serene and peaceful. The staff..excellent..the receptionist named Meow..very good and takes care of you 100 percent. Very lovely.

Great stay at Lampang River Lodge
Great place really enjoyed our one night there food good, ambiance excellent. We had problems finding it but once we got there, was well worth finding. Pool was excellent and the setting is superb.

Very pleasant relaxing hotel in Lampang
It was a bit out of town but next to the river in delightful grounds. Rooms were traditional and comfortable. Staff were very friendly. Enjoyed our stay.

River Lodge
This resort has seen better days, everything is slightly run down. The cabins are set in a mature garden with ponds connecting to the river, (some almost dry) and the restaurant overlooks the muddy river itself. The staff are helpful and pleasant, breakfast ok, the evening menu promises more than it delivers. The main problem with this resort is its distance from town or anywhere of interest. We had obtained a substantial discount on the usual price and thought it was acceptable value for money. Had we paid full price we would have thought it expensive for what it provided.

Beautiful grounds, forest setting. Large room, with balcony. Good restaurant. Hotel staff was very helpful. Hotel is outside the city of Lampang.

We have travelled to Thailand more than 15 times in the last 5 years or so. This hotel set a new low all the way down there by itself in our experience with the hospitality in Thailand. This hotel was dreadful and I definitely do not recommend it to anyone. It was so bad we moved out after one night despite paying for two. the reasons: 1.) The front staff was arrogant, unfriendly and service was none existence. There was no acknowledgement with us arriving at the hotel. In fact, there was no greetings the whole entire check in process. Busy, nope, the hotel was virtually empty. We felt unwelcome. 2.) The location is out of town in a "forest" setting, the maintenance of the hotel is deficient. 3.) We travelled with young child, no kettle was available at all in the whole hotel. we had to purchased an electric kettle from a local store 4.) no high chair as well in the restaurant. Plus, 1.) The staff in the restaurant was helpful and attentive and in the Thai tradition, service with a smile.

The setting was ideal for those that wanted to be in a suecluded and quiet loction away from the bustle of city. It had a great theme of a jungle hideaway and this worked well enough. There was a lot of moisture around and so there was some mustiness to the room but not unreasonable. Service was friendly and accommodating and alhough not many had good English skills staff were prepared to go and get someone who could do better. No Wireless internet but did have a high speed internet booth in main restuarant area. Long way from city in local terms but taxi driver willing to come and get you etc. Cost about 200 BHT for 15 min ride. Food was local fare but plenty to choose from and food and drinks very reasonable price. Would stay there again but not convenient for business.

The hotel's atmosphere is good for people who love rain forrest since there're many tree. Anyway, room & faciliteies are 20+ years old so it's get little creepy at night (they also turn off some lights in my zone - don't know why). Personally, I prefer new and neat hotel than this one so i think it's still too expensive for everything they provide, i could get more from other hotel in Lampang Overall, it's ok if you love trees

This is a very typically Thai
This is a very typically Thai hotel in a very quiet part of Thailand, chalets are set in deep forest which can be noisy at dusk and dawn due to the wildlife. Staff are very help full and friendly

Charmant petit hôtel de bungalows dans un parc magnifique et très tranquille. Globalement il commence à être un peu vieillissant mais le personnel se donne beaucoup de peine pour l'entretenir. Pas forcément facile d'accès si vous n'êtes pas motorisé mais visiblement c'est plus ou moins pareil pour la plupart des hôtels de Lampang. Il mérite largement une note de 4,5 sur 5 en tenant bien sûr compte du rapport qualité/prix (environ 60 chf/nuit sur hotels.com)

Authentisches Bungalow - Hotel für Kurzaufenthalt
Tolle Unterkunft für 2-3 Nächte. Guter Service, freundliches Personal. Ruhige Umgebung. Das Hotel ist etwas älter, Zustand aber durchwegs OK. Man fühlt sich wie auf dem Land mit den einzelnen Bungalows inmitten tropischer Pflanzen und Bäume. Guter Ausgangspunkt für die Sehenswürdigkeiten der Region. Auch das Frühstück glänzte mit einer grossen Auswahl und guter Qualität.

Dejligt ophold
Stort og meget smukt område. Rolige omgivelser. Meget hjælpsomt og venligt personale. God massage men dyrt. Hvis der er gæster nok på hotellet er der en kæmpe morgenmad buffet, hvis der er få gæster er der ikke buffet men så tilbereder de et måltid efter ønske på menu kort. Toilet og bad trækker ned.

Lampang River Lodge är ett mycket trevligt ställe med en lugn atmosfär och avkopplande. Vi hade bokat 3 nätter, Lanna Standard rum, lite besviken över att rummet ser mer gammalt ut än på hemsidan. Maten på restaurangen lite dyr. Mycket god service.

In die Jahre gekommene Anlage mit Charm
Wir sind bereits zum 4. Mal in diesem Resort gewesen und lieben seine natürliche Anlage mit altem Baumbestand. Die meisten Gäste sind mit einer Reisegesellschaft unterwegs und kommen aus Deutschland, den Niederlanden, UK und Italien. Das Frühstück ist einfach aber ausreichend. Wir werden jedenfalls bei unserem nächsten Besuch Nord-Thailands wiederkommen.

Im Grünen gelegenes Resort außerhalb der Stadt
Wir waren jetzt schon zum vierten Mal in diesem Resort und bleiben dort für einige Tage während eines Verwandtenbesuchs. Das Resort ist in die Jahre gekommen, bezieht aber gerade daraus seinen Charme. Es ist eine zugewachsene grüne Oase. Frühstücksbüffet reichhaltig. Bei dem günstigen Preis sollte man mehr nicht erwarten. Resort wird vorwiegend von Reisegruppen für einen Zwischenstopp genutzt. Räume sehr hellhörig, kann lästig sein. Bei geringer Hotelbelegung auf Nichtbelegung des Nachbarhauses achten.

Ruhige Oase mit Charme
Das Resort ist etwas in die Jahre gekommen, wird aber gut gepflegt. An einem Fluss gelesen, hat das Resort Charm und ist ruhig. Qualität des Frühstücks gut. Resort wird offenbar bevorzugt von kleinen Reisegruppen angefahren.
