Hotel was good, check in prompt, staff nice, rooms to a good standard. For what you get I would say it is a little expensive compared to hotels of a similar standard but I suppose you are paying for location. Would recommend.
You do learn that rooms are smaller in Europe. We did like the Holiday Inn for all the amenities, and the room is small, but everything you need. Handy location across from Haymarket. Clean, contemporary simple design in compact but comfortable rooms . Secured access to lifts & corridors. Cheap & cheerful breakfast in attached cafe.

Hard to believe ...
Nice little room with en-suite bathroom, very comfortable chair and ample space. Buffet breakfast in the morning. Slightly disappointed not to get cooked breakfast but it was nice enough.
