Comfortable but could be better
Easy access and very comfortable bed. Bedroom walls and ceiling adorned with cobwebs which had certainly had a home for a while. I don't have huge expectations at a low price as running a business is tough. A feather duster over the walls costs nothing. Replacing a rusty bin costs little. Unfortunately thin walls meant I was kept awake by next-door neighbours and they weren't having fun. Convenient location and comfortable bed made it ok. A little effort could make this place so much better.

Comfortable but a little tired
Owner was lovely, helpful and friendly. Shower room modern & clean with lovely towels. Bedding beautifully clean and white. Room a little tired but damp/ stain marks on wall which was disappointing. Dog friendly which is fabulous. Tea/coffee facilities. Great tv on wall.
