The owners are really wonderful and go out of their way to ensure you are looked after. Everything needs a spot of updating but for me it also provides the charm of the place.

Very happy visitors.Posted Aug 16, 2015 on Hotels
Stayed here with my husband and 2 year old for 3 nights. The location of this hotel is perfect, only a 2 minute walk from central pier and 5 minutes from the tower but still far enough back from the front to not get any unwelcome noise at night. The room was small but perfectly adequate for our needs as we were out and about for majority of our stay. The bed was too soft for our liking, but that's our own personal taste so can't be held against the hotel, can't please all the people all the time! There was a cupboard to store all our things out of the way and the tea and coffee making facilities were refilled everyday as well as fresh towels being provided daily. The staff are wonderful, so friendly and helpful and nothing was too much trouble, very knowledgeable about the local area and happy to answer any questions. For what we paid here I think we got a great deal and if I visited Blackpool again I would happily book to stay here.

Great location and value for money!Posted Aug 7, 2015 on Hotels
Stayed here for two nights and we really enjoyed our stay! For the price we were paying we were a little worried that the accommodation might not quite live up to its description but we were soon put at ease. The location is excellent, close to both the central pier (and therefore the trams) and the central coach station. The staff were all extremely friendly and helpful, and our room was comfortable and not too cramped. The only two things I would say are, the wifi did not reach our room, despite it being advertised as in-room, and our ensuite was quite a squeeze! The taps in the bathroom are push-down and quite powerful, making some tasks like filling up the kettle a bit tricky. However these are relatively minor things, and would certainly not put me off booking here again, great value for money!
