Excellent hotel with easy transport connection

Posted Jan 24, 2017
Had not stayed at this hotel previously. The whole experience from arrival to departure was brilliant. The room was immaculate. All staff were attentive to customer requests. I intend staying here again and would have no hesitation in recommending to family and friends

Pleasant out of season stay

Posted Dec 28, 2016
Pros: Modern, but stylish and comfortable. Large room and a very clean and well equipped bathroom.
Cons: The room was too warm and no obvious way of turning down the heat, fortunately there was an opening french window. Scrambled egg was a poor choice
Location: The french window opened out on to the tracks of three rides, though sadly they were closed for winter maintenance. A brisk walk to the centre of town
Very pleased with the hotel and the service. Being a Monday night in December, the hotel was quiet. Arrived far too early to check in but allowed to park during the day (and the same the following morning). Upgraded to a very comfortable deluxe room. Very efficient and friendly staff.

One night stay, out of season.

Posted Dec 16, 2016
Pros: Well maintained with friendly staff.
Location: 2 minute walk from the tram which is great value.
What a lovely hotel, looked over by the Big One at Blackpool Pleasure Beach. A warm and friendly welcome. Clean public area and well maintained, warm and good sized room (we were allocated a family room). Friendly bar staff and finally a cooked to order breakfast (a reflection of how quiet the hotel was in December). Our new preferred hotel in Blackpool.

Great for families

Room set up is good for families- kids have there own 'room' with tv and PlayStation. Hire charges for PS3 games was a bit steep as was the DVD hire charges. Breakfast was really good with quality food. Staff were very helpful and attentive. Overall, a good stay and would definitely go back

Lovely clean hotel.Unfortuately had a few issues while staying. Checked in went straight out came back several hours later to a note under the door saying someone had been smoking in the bedrooom. We went down to reception ive never smoked & my husband hasnt smoked since 6 years ago when he got bowel & kidney cancer & had radiotheraphy 6weeks ago for brain cancer. Wednesday morning was in room when workmen outside where using fowl language reported to reception. On several occasions the hotel across the road there alarm was going off. Thank you for upgrading us at no extra cost. We would return cos was lovely.
