Convenient for Pleasure beachPosted Aug 11, 2015
Pros: Most things were good and also liked the trams being so close to all the attractions.
Cons: It was all fine.
Location: Although a long sea front most attractions were accessible by walking or tram.
We enjoyed our stay at the Carousel hotel and thought the food in the restaurant was very good. Also the evening entertainment was enjoyable.

Lovely hotel, away from the noise, close to beachPosted Aug 9, 2015
New loved our stay at the carousel hotel. Friendly helpful staff, food is lovely and entertainment was a good laugh. I loved it that much that my partner and I will be back for the weekend in October for Halloween. Would recommend to anyone!!

Nice friendly HotelPosted Jul 7, 2015
Cons: Air con ?
Location: A good 1.5 miles walk or 5minsTram to the wonderful Tower Ballroom. (A must do before you die )
Very clean and comfortable. We had a sea view room and the only negative was that Electric Bus Tram thing that runs frequently along the prom sounds like a "box of old bolts". We had our window open though to be fair as the weather was glorious during our three night stay ! We walked from the Hotel to the Tower (61 & 64 year olds) which is quite a distance on foot but lots of the trams back and forth.Had a meal in their restaurant one evening and would give that a good 9 out of 10. Staying here again in November to see the lights.

Lovely lgbt friendly staff, clean and comfy rooms and a really relaxing environment - couldn't have asked for more! Oh and the breakfast was probably the best I've had in a long while . Thank you Carousel :)

Good clean hotel but it is quite a walk from all the amenities. Luckily the tram does stop just over the road

good choice for a cheeky weekend awayPosted Oct 22, 2014 on Hotels
Stayed here for a weekend. Hotel was very nice and rooms of good size. All the staff were very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was very nice and it was self service so you could get as much as you like. The restaurant was very good and ended up eating there both nights as the food was very reasonable and delicious. Blackpool it self was a bit depressing as many shops leading up to hotel were boarded up and plenty of beggars at night time. Really enjoyed our stay at the hotel and enjoyed the peace away from the drunks in the centre of blackpool. Would recommend this hotel if you enjoy what blackpool can offer but want a good night's sleep in a clean hotel.

Great hotelPosted Oct 13, 2014 on Hotels
Excellent hotel and lovely staff. The only flaw I can pick is the location. 10 minutes walk to the Pleasure Beach. If you wish to get up to the Tower then it will be a tram ride or probably an hours walk I would imagine. Hotel was very nice though.

Close to the beachPosted Oct 1, 2014
Pros: It was clean and the breakfast was very nice. The staff at breakfast were very helpful and friendly
Cons: The bed it creaked every time you moved didn't sleep too well because of this
Booked this hotel to see the illuminations. It is close to the beach and tram stop
