Lovely hotel, ideally situated.Posted Oct 13, 2015
Everything you need for an affordable weekend away. Owners were lovely and friendly and made you feel very welcome. Breakfast was delicious and perfect portion size and a good choice.

Only good thing was the view and we paid extra forPosted Oct 5, 2015
Hotel was smelly , room wasn't superior was horrible, bathroom had stains on ceiling, no towels, chair in room had no spring, dirty Windows , hotel staff don't speak just sat and watched tv with a blanket over him in bar area , didn't bother with breakfast cause of the overall cleanliness of hotel , it put us off , wouldn't return or recommend

Shabby but welcomingPosted Sep 1, 2015
Pros: Mo and his staff, lovely people.
Cons: The decor.
Location: ITS BLACKPOOL!!!
A one night stay, where we were made to feel very welcome and well looked after by Mo and his team.We had a nice breakfast topped up if required. The only thing letting the place down is the decor,it needs a lot of work as it makes the hotel look dated and scruffy, but the room was very clean as was the linen.

THIS HOTEL IS NOT SUITABLE FOR LIVING . IN ROOM BADS ARE SO BAD , YOU CAN`T SLEEP , MATRASS CONDITION IS SO BAD,, BAD PAINT CONDITION , BAD SMILE IN ROOM . I THINK STAY IN THIS HOTEL IS USELESS. SO BAD EXPERIENCE. ROOM SIZE IS SO SMALL , AND TOO LONG STAIRS FOR GETTING IN SIDE ROOM.

Great ServicePosted Jul 18, 2013 on Hotels
1st time we have used this hotel and it will not be the last. Big Mo and his staff were so helpful they could not have done too much for us, hotel is a bit tired but there is sign's up saying work in progress and it will look great when its finished. Really good breakfast, plenty to eat. Room was very large big 4 poster bed, clean room, great view right on the sea froont by central pier so pleased we stayed there. WELL DONE TO ALL OF YOU Christine & David.

This hotel is very conveniently located, had a wonderful view. The room was comfortable and functional. Only had breakfast, but it was well presented and the service was friendly and courteous.
