Perfect! Stayed with my daughter to attend a nearby music event and it was ideal. Perfect location, lovely comfy room friendly and helpful staff and reasonably priced. What more can you ask for?

Don't bother, disgustingPosted Mar 5, 2015 on Hotels
Disgusting, not able to access room until after 4.30pm, sarcastic owner, the site advertises free WIFI, which I need each day I am on the road. No access to it from room. Double bed consists of 2 single matresses, different thicknesses making it uncomfortable.

Not doing what is says on the tinPosted Jan 14, 2015 on Hotels
Having been warned against false advertisement about breakfast from a couple of earlier guests, I brought my receipt from www.hotels.com promising breakfast included. That didn't help. The landlord gave me his receipt from www.hotels.com, saying that breakfast is not included. A professional landlord would have sorted this mess out with www.hotels.com when the problem occurred the first time. Not this one He immediately turned from being very polite and welcoming till the complete opposite, offering me to leave (for where?) if I was not happy with not getting what I could prove I had been promised. Then he got upset when I said no thanks to order a 12 pounds breakfast (his "special price" for guests who have been upgraded to a bigger room (an upgrade I was offered "for free", without having asked for it). A nice room, but I prefer a simpler room, staying with honest and polite people.

Short stay in BurnleyPosted Sep 22, 2014 on Hotels
The hotel isn't easy to find, GPS takes you to the wrong place, ask the locals for the Crown pub - the hotel is just opposite. The single room was small but had everything you could need and the hotel was quiet so you get a good night's sleep.
