Ok lets get this right - This stay was not cheap @ £100. If it was £35 a night I would have still felt cheated. - you paid £100 for a room for 4 people - that is £25 per person on a bank holiday weekend in Blackpool. It was your choice to pay £100 for 2 when you could see the room slept 4. We were the only property that did not increase our rates for such a busy bank holiday weekend, which i'm sure is why you booked us as we were the cheapest available. People want everything for pittance these days not they. Tut. The negatives : The bed was incredibly uncomfortable- mattress should have been replaced years ago and the springs are basically coming through - Everyone has different comfort levels, we have had no other complaints regarding this. Maybe you get a bad back from carrying your two faces around. Facilities in the room were poor - no tv, no coffee making facilities, Shower was poor - Hotels.com actually says "Coffee/tea in a common area" and This is what your confirmation stated - "Please note that as of September 2020 there will no longer be televisions in the bedrooms. Stag, hen and large groups are welcome. There may be some noise at the property on weekends." We are a group hotel. We specialise in stag and hens. Next time book the Hilton so you can have a whinge about a hotel that actually offers these services. We do not advertise Tv's in the room, we do not advertise tea/coffee in the room. We have a lovely refreshment station which is free of charge with a range of tea/coffee/lattes/hot chocolate/fresh juice/biscuits/sweets. The hotel said on Hotels.com that there was parking available which is not true. The hotel should not advertise they have parking available when they don’t and it’s up to you to find a public space - Erm This is exactly what it states on hotels.com "Off-site parking nearby (GBP 12 per day)" - and the confirmation you received stated - "We do not have parking however, there is a pay and display on the same street as the hotel" so stop telling porkies.
