Cons: how can you improve excellence
The hotel and Brenda and Allison were absolutely brilliant, the room was excellent and the hospitality was great they really made you feel welcome from the start, and the breakfast's were gorgeous.I would without a doubt recommend this Guest House..

Great place to stay in quiet are of Blackpool but tram stop close by for access anywhere you wish to go. Made feel extremely welcome and valued guests even though it was our first visit to this accommodation. Would certainly return and recommend to others. Thank you for a lovely stay!

A lovely hotel with traditional feel. The owners are ever so attentive and made us feel very welcome. Everything is clean and decorated tastefully. Only downside is local area slightly run down but did not change the positive feeling from the hotel itself

Great service! Couldn't ask for more. Don't believe you can find better place for twice the money.

Really enjoy staying here when working in the area, the mother and daughter team who run it are very friendly and welcoming and the rooms are done to a very high standard. They very kindly offer a packed lunch instead of breakfast which is very helpful! Look forward to returning...

If your after a small place just out of the hustle and bustle of main Blackpool this is the place. Transportation with trams and busses are easily accessible or if you like to walk it's around a mile to walk to the North pier. Room was spotless, breakfast was great and hosts were friendly. Private parking around the back too! Will definitely be going back again for a small romantic getaway away. No one should snub Blackpool!

Fabulous !!Posted Feb 12, 2012
Lovely clean hotel and a fantastic breakfast but the best thing about this place is the wonderful attentive Gareth. Always available for advice about Blackpool and the places to go to/avoid, add to that little touches like roses and chocolates for valentines............... WONDERFUL !!!!!
