Lovely hotel, spotlessly clean and good location.Posted Feb 22, 2015
Pros: Full marks (plus bonus!) for cleanliness, helpful staff, good breakfast, good location.
Cons: Our shower room was small, fine for one, but a bit of a struggle if you have a young child who needs help showering...
Location: We walked to the Tower, Madame Tussauds, Sealife, Dungeons (15 mins) the Pleasure Beach and Ripley's Believe it or Not (10 mins). Or take the tram!
We (a family of four) stayed in a family room for two nights over February half term. On arrival the forecourt car park was full, but we needn't have worried as there was parking available at the back of the hotel. Our room had a double bed and bunk beds, a small en-suite shower room and tea/ coffee making facilities...complete with BISCUITS which impressed the kids no end... The entire hotel was spotless; if you are looking for a clean place to stay, this is it! Everything was very well maintained- no threadbare carpets or peeling wallpaper. Plenty of storage for a short stay- a hanging rail, one large chest of drawers and 2 small. Our room had no view but this didn't bother us as we didn't plan to stay in and look out of the window. Breakfast consisted of cereals, toast, tea, coffee, juice and a choice of Full English Breakfast, poached eggs or beans on toast, boiled eggs or kippers. Unfortunately kippers were unavailable during our stay, but everything else was lovely. We would definitely stay here again.

Great B&B - would recommend.Posted Jan 5, 2015 on Hotels
A family night away, booked at short notice and couldn't of picked a better Bed and Breakfast. Room fitted 2 adults and 3 children in a lovely sea front en suite room with everything we needed. Room and hotel was clean throughout and presented well - the Christmas decorations were beautiful!. Lots of choice for breakfast and tasted great. Would recommend this hotel and will be returning. We had a lovely comfortable night - thanks.

Opposite promenade.Posted Nov 24, 2014
Pros: Hotel was very clean and breakfast was lovely.
Cons: Room was small and a lot of stairs for older folks, but we had booked late. We only really needed a comfy bed and that's what we got.
Out most of time there but close enough to walk to tower or fair.
