Pros: The best thing I liked about the hotel was the bed. I honestly believe the bed was the most comfortable i have slept in whilst staying in a hotel .
Location: 5 mins walk from Blackpool North station. 10 minutes walk from the Blackpool Tower.
Very clean and comfortable, five minute walk from Blackpool North station. The owner of hotel very helpful. Ideal for anyone wanting to stay just one or two days coming up for football..Free WiFi in the hotel makes it a great help.Breakfast is served from 9AM with choice of cereals and a cooked breakfast. .

Pros: Friendly and helpful staff. Breakfast was filling and was very nice.
Cons: Although the bed was very clean, the bedroom was very basic and in need of decoration. There were no wardrobes or draws to store clothes.
Location: Located at the north end of Blackpool - not on the seafront. Several bars and clubs close by resulting in drunk/rowdy behaviour throughout the night.
Booked the hotel under the impression that there was facilities for parking, which turned out not to be the case. Hotel was a little too far for most of Blackpools major attractions although quite close to the town. It was also too close, for our tastes, to several nightclubs and bars which resulted in not too peaceful a nights sleep.

If you can get over the brown decor its clean enough. On busy road so can be noisy. Cheerful but seemingly overworked staff

Pros: Relaxed friendly atmosphere.
Cons: Rooms are gradually being upgraded, but don't be put off, as said above any issues just ask.
Location: Close to Central pier and beach.
No frills b&b. But clean rooms, decent breakfast and fantastic friendly owners and staff. Brilliant value for money and location. Would suit families, couples and friends. I booked this place for its price and location for a two night stay with my best mate for a girlie break. We stayed in a room that has yet to be refurbished and it was more than adequate with full ensuite. If something is not quite adequate- for us it was lack of full length mirror- mention it, because this minor issue was sorted within an hour! now that is winning service. Thank you Rick and Dave and staff you deserve to succeed as your b&b is a real gem.

Newly decorated, immaculately clean. VERY nice people. Handy bar open all hours, with pool table and machines. Quality breakfast. Overall VERY good value....must take some beating for a B&B in Blackpool..
