I was there during a snowstorm. Luckily I had a portable shovel because I had to shovel the parking lot to get out. One of the staff pulled in but didn’t even bother to say anything to me. When I checked out and informed the clerk (who seemed annoyed as if I had woken her up) that the blow dryer didn’t work, she didn’t respond. Actually she never said a word to me. She was also dressed inappropriately.

The room was nice and clean. The young lady who checked us in was friendly and professional. The bed was very comfortable and we got a good night's sleep. The only thing that was disappointing is that we checked out and left at 6:45 am and there was no coffee available in the lobby. It was not a big deal as the hotel was not full so I get it, plus we left on a Sunday morning and the neighborhood was deserted so we were only ones awake at that time. But it would have been nice to start the day with a cup of coffee before getting on the road.

Told them about the heat wouldn’t fix or give another room. Kids was cold all night. If I could give no stars I would all that money spent with crappy service.

Everything was ok close to downtown. The night some people were fighting around 3am. Also there a piice of woods on the hallways ir was weird.

Not America’s Best
The HVAC system did not appear to work correctly. The room was freezing when we checked in - a/c blasting in dead of winter. We switched over to heat & no ability to turn off the noisy fan. Difficult sleeping as it was too noisy. Would have liked another blanket. Light & fan automatically came on when we walked I. The bathroom- blinding us in the middle of the nite. No coffee maker in the room only fridge & microwave. Was under the impression that a light breakfast would be available & it was not. Did not see a DO NOT DISTURB door hanger.

I would’ve like to give this place more stars, but during our stay, there was a huge argument in somebody else’s room, and you could hear everything including slamming themselves against the wall or beating on the wall. However, the staff did take care of it once I called and reported it! The rest of the stay was ok the beds not so comfortable.

A total dump!
This is an old run down inn that needs major renovations. The bathtub became stopped up on my first night. I was not able to take a bath or shower for the remainder of my stay. A roach was crawling on the floor in the bathroom. I was afraid to put my luggage on the floor and kept it elevated the entire time I was there. The bed was very hard and uncomfortable you can feel the box springs. The front desk folks are rude. I asked for a receipt at the end of my stay. The man was rude and acted as if I was disrupting whatever he was doing in the back room. He refused to give me a receipt. Upon check in I paid with a different car and he charged me $40 without telling me because he said I used a card different from the one booked. Please do not stay here. Go elsewhere. I also think people are living here other than hotel guests. I was uncomfortable the entire time

We had two rooms. One room was very good. The other room was not clean, and we had to ask for a different room. The replacement room was clean, but the TV did not work and there was a problem with the toilet. The woman that checked us in was nice. The man we dealt with later was not so friendly.

The room was very clean, but the towels were like using paper towels and were stained. This is just wrong. Paying $170 per night we should really get better towels without stains. No coffee makers in the rooms was not convenient. Also when I tried to check out and get a final receipt, there was an older gentleman who said drop your card. I was not able to check out or get a receipt other than dropping my card. Anything could have happened to the room after that

Surprising Budget Jem
Surprisingly clean and room was updated for a budget motel. Quick check in during the hot summer months and the air conditioner worked great. Would stay here again.

Overall for a roadside motel, it was fine. A few things that bothered me were: 1) No rug. There are laminate wood floors, which I get are easier to clean, it's just that it was so cold on my feet walking around (it was winter) 2) There wasn't a coffee brewer in the room. I enjoy brewing cups of tea and I couldn't-bummer. 3)The lightbulbs in the room were super cool and it made the room feel a little cold and scary LOL! 4)No comforter on the bed. Again, it was winter and the bed only had a sheet, then a polyester blanket, and then a light weight top blanket that looks like a duvet. We were cold and had to use our own blanket to keep warm. 5) Speaking of being cold, the room had a heater/air conditioning system on the wall and when it was running, the air was blown right in my face while laying in bed. Not good.
