Disappointing stay

Stayed in older section while usual rooms I have undergoing restoration. Bathroom was uncomfortable: shower water not hot, heat lamp in ceiling did not work, towel bar by tub missing. TV not very clear.

Pros: Our room had 3 beds. Was quite. Clean
Cons: Coffee pot in room with coffee.
Location: It was on route 30. close to The Green Dragon Flea Market on Fridays. Lots of other shops . close to plays.
Nice and clean. Friendly people. Close to the places we were going to. Will stay there again.

room was clean but needs updating and it looks like they are renovating most of the rooms now

Pros: excellent location to Lancaster attractions without being in the middle of it all.
Cons: Hotel under renovations at this time, But that is a good thing for future visitors

the hotel was under construction but the rooms were very dated. we had to leave the room when we turned on the heater it stunk up the room so bad. My wife got bit by a bug in the carpet. the breakfast was terrible. i will not satay there again

As you stated, we are currently remodeling all of our rooms. We do have an exterminating service that comes monthly to spray our rooms but just like your home an occasional bug can still get in. Although you stated you would never stay with us again hopefully you will reconsider and stay in one of our newly remodeled rooms on a future visit to our area. Thank you Front Desk Staff

I would like if the shower head had a better spray area and the shower water got cold and hot while showing

Needs updating

Pros: Just a place to sleep. No amenities breakfast was cereal coffee and a couple of other choices may try after remodeled
Cons: Needs to be remodeled, housekeepers did not clean bathroom
