It was very clean, comforting and kid friendly. We come here every year to Enjoy the sight and sound theater. Also the front desk was Elbert polite by providing us with water. Love it here🤗

It was a very nice, clean, and to me fancy hotel. The indoor pool and whirlpool were nice to relax in. I did not order any food though cuz it was a little too pricy for me at that time. I will definitely go here again next year, when Zenkaicon is happening.

Eden was very nice but honestly i think it was extremely over priced. We stayed in a suite. But other than having a seperate bedroom it wasnt anything special. It seemed like the rooms needed updating and there were kids/teenagers running through the halls , knocking on doors, amd being extremely loud till after 1am. The indoor pool was small and heavily chemicaled. The breakfast buffet was good but again it seemed over priced for what was on the buffet. It was a mice place but wont stay there again.

This was my third time staying on the property and each time I am overwhelmed with enjoyment. I recommend this place often as a quick get away for couples or families. I will return in the summer. I did lose a bag on the property and I haven’t received a call back from their lost and found dept yet. Pending a call back. (This was an error on me not the property)

Great winter getaway! Indoor pool room came in handy. They were doing construction on a few of the rooms across from us though. It got s little noisy from that.

There were smoking stations just outside the doors that you had to walk through getting in and out of the hotel. The elevator reeked like smoke regardless of time of day.

We got breakfast and waited for 30 mins to be served. Fruit was bad. Room was fine but our “window” opened to the ballroom. I specifically opted a room that did not have this distinction

Avoid rooms next to the stairwells
The resort was very nice and the indoor pool for the winter stay was amazing! One thing to watch is placement of the room, unfortunately, my room was right next to the stairwell and starting at 6am both days, I could hear the door for that shutting that woke me up both days and prevented me from falling back to sleep. In addition, when housekeeping started their morning work, they too were very loud in the hallways. The service at Arthur's Terrace for breakfast was great and the food was very good.
