The property is dated. The hotel overall and the rooms are nice enough considering the age. I was disappointed to learn that the windows open and were unlocked. Easy fix with a hiking pole to secure the windows. My biggest complaint were ants in the room including one of the beds. Not acceptable to me when it can be easily fixed with routine exterminating.

I’ve never had trouble checking in to a place booked through Expedia. This hotel did not have the reservation and they treated me like I didn’t reserve it correctly. The property night manager was not very nice to the Expedia phone rep which was very uncomfortable. I ended up just paying for it myself and will be getting an Expedia refund. It was a. Uncomfortable situation and had it not been 2:00AM, I would have gone somewhere else.

Room was very clean. Bed was comfortable. Check in and out very smooth. Breakfast was well laid out and kept stocked. Coffee was available any time day or night. Room service was exceptional.

The overall Hotel works very good for our activities. The location is very good for us. The hotel is very clean, Staff is helpful and professional. Price is reasonable.. The place is dated but in good condition. We plan on coming back when ever we are in the area.

Excellent hotel, quiet area.
Great stay, useful location not far from Turnpike, close to Middle Creek Wildlife area, state parks and otter historical locations. Quiet. Good restaurants nearby- including a wonderful diner down the road. Excellent free breakfast and friendly staff. The excellent rating I saw when choosing the hotel was well deserved, comfy beds, too. Nearby gas and convenience store.

It was a great stay overall. I do think the bathrooms are in desperate need of fans. Every time we showered we had to open the door because things got all damp and fogged up. But i would definitely stay there again

Pleasant experience
I had a great time at Comfort Inn. The rooms were spacious and well designed. The shower was a little weird for me but still good. The area was quiet and the people friendly. I enjoyed my time with friends and family. I didn't get to experience the breakfast but i will next time. Keep up the good work.

Wanted to spend a night when we visited Lancaster. The location is a little far from the outlets and Amish market we visited but it wasn’t too bad. My biggest issue is that they put us on the second floor… no big deal except the elevator didn’t go to that section of rooms!! Normally I would not have cared, however the reason we came to Lancaster was to shop at the Amish market. We had a giant cooler filled with meat!!!! So we had to lug that thing up and down the stairs!!! Obviously that’s on us but how do you have rooms that you can’t access by elevator?? Other than that the place was decent. It’s an older property…. Young kids working the desk but it was clean.

I'm sorry we failed to meet your expectations. Unfortunately our hotel is separated by our lobby so our elevator only reaches one side. When making reservations we do inform guests when they will be on the no elevator side. I'm sorry if this information was not conveyed properly.
