Dirty, the condition that my room was unacceptable. The sofa bed had old bed sheets on and the mattress was ripped and numerous stains. Then bed bugs on bed? Only to be move to another room with a broken box spring so I had sleep on an incline. Terrible experience, gross. It’s a shame because I’ve stayed at numerous Comfort Inn’s before, after this I’m questioning if I’ll ever stay at one again. Hopefully someone from corporate sees this, that location needs a deep cleaning…

Perfect for a night stay. Some damage in the room. Looked like someone melted the mirror. My cousins bed had stuff on the pillow. But other wise was fine for the night.

Went for the pool for my kids. Get to the property and the heater is out, someone was coming to fix it. Pool was frozen still by 8pm. Hot tub didn’t work. Switch rooms because of a tub drain. Never really looked at the second room because i was just trying to get out of the room to do something with the kids since the pool wasnt ready. When i got back to the room at 8, we got a bath. They’re was still bubbles on the wall, with hair, and dirty. Curly hairs on the floor. Door frame dirty with stuff. The back splash by the sink was never touched and stuff spilled on it. Oh, the bath drain stopper wouldn’t work so couldn’t take a bath.. the whole reason we switched rooms, a there was toilet paper in the tub drain. But the worst of all was our beds. THEYRE WAS LITTLE CURLY BLACK HAIRS ALL THREW AND ON OUR BED WHEN WE PULLED BACK THE SHEETZ. When i contacted the front desk after i realized that, she said i could switch rooms. I had two dogs two kids i was not moving a second time at 10pm. I asked for a partial credit cuz it was not work the 110 i paid. She said cuz i didnt check it when i first got there she wouldn’t. Nasty. Would not recommend. The place also smells lik stale water

The floor we stayed on smelled like straight up feces. The pool was not heatednoe the heater didn't work and neither did the hot tub. Staff was unenthused. My kids and I had been so excited to use the pool and it was a major disappointment. The room was tiny, as was the bathroom, and tv. Amenities are clearly lacking and it's in need of a huge upgrade. Not worth the money.

I was pleasantly surprised by this hotel! The girl at the front desk was very friendly and accommodating. I would have given 5 stars but the bathroom in the room I was in had a faulty light switch. I talked to the front desk attendant and she had the maintenance guy take a look at it and see if he could get it to turn off; the fan was loud & annoying but he couldn’t get it. She offered to move me but I had already unpacked and got settled in and didn’t feel like moving at that point. I was able to deal with it if the bathroom door was closed. My 1 suggestion would be to upgrade the vending machine so it can take credit cards since most people don’t typically carry around cash. Other than that, this hotel was pretty good! Convenient to spooky nook; clean; staff was friendly and the breakfast was decent as well.

Many things in disrepair. Broken curtains, broken towel bar, mold in bathroom due to no air circulation. Loose toilet seat. Won't clean room unless we give 24-hour notice. There is a sign but not noticeable. Should tell upon check-in.

Great rate! ESP since it had an indoor pool and breakfast. Overall great experience. Only complaint was that the elevator smelled like marijuana both nights so that was weird. Otherwise overall very pleased.

The couch in our room was disgusting. The bathroom light was burnt out when we arrived at 930pm. they told us there was no one to change the bulb until the next day and there were no other rooms. So after traveling 3 hours and spending 10 at a volleyball tournament, where my daughter played 12 sets we couldn’t shower. After I asked for a refund someone came and changed the bulb. Also 4 people in our room and 2 towels

Perfect for the money
We got in kind of late 9pm, we didnt get to use the pool but looked nice. The hot tub was covered up or not there (couldn't see it). Breakfast was great for free and the hotel was quiet. Id definitely stay again

The stay here was good. Soda machines and snack machines did not work. The breakfast was good each morning and people were hospitable. Rooms were spacious and clean.

Pretty good place to stay, but with a few minor issues. Coffee maker in the room was faulty, but quickly replaced. Shower made an awful screeching noise when in use. Dirty sheets left in the hallway were not replaced for our second night and had to be specifically requested.

Hot tub wasn’t working and the hotel had garbage thrown in the parking lot. As soon as you walk into the hotel the smell hits you in the face! The carpet through out the whole hotel was so dirty and smelly it was gross! The stairs carpet had dog pee on it. Our hotel rooms bathroom was gross. Toilet seat very old and discolored. Tub area was falling apart.

The location was excellent and surprisingly quiet being close to the highway. Breakfast was enjoyable and there were many options. The bed and bedding were quite comfortable. The bathroom was rather small. The spa tub had tall walls which made it difficult to get in and out of the shower. The toilet was very low and was situated close to the wall. The carpet wasn’t damaged but was worn and could use an update. Overall, it was very nice. I would definitely stay there again.

The sofa in the room was dirty with obvious wear and tear. The furniture (desk and dresser) had obvious wear and tear. The breakfast food wasn’t fresh: the bread was steal, only meat option was pork, the waffles gave my sons the runs. I sent my son to the front to ask for a washcloth and he was told he couldn’t have one.
