I have stayed at this property twice before. It is close to several outlet stores, Sight and Sound Theater and easy access to major highways in the area. Everyone is very professional. The full breakfast is very good as well.

Some upgrade needs to be done to the handicap accessible bathroom such as dated shower head and pressure. No shelving inside the shower. Carpet needs to be replaced. Front desk didnt want to bring towels to your room. However we were able to manage for 2 nights stay.

It was convenient to the dance competition we were attending. More importantly, it was clean and the staff were very accommodating, very nice. They made us feel very comfortable. Breakfast in the morning was also very nice.

Property was nice enough. Furniture was not in the best shape. Couch was in awful condition. Cleaning was good. Worst problem was tiny little ants crawling on the bedside stand and they were all over my oxygen concentrator. They did offer to move us but we were only there one more night so chose to stay put. First thing we were asked when complaing was "did you spill something?". No we didn't spill anything. We also had no food in there. Kind of made us feel it was our fault for the ants. Probably would never stay at a Comfort Inn again.

Bugs in room
Wow do not stay in this hotel. I never heard of a comfort Inn hotel who rents rooms to people and then puts signs on their door saying we don’t rent to locals. Besides that we weren’t in our room 2 hours and went into bathroom and found hundreds of bugs in the sink and on top of sink and surrounding areas . The bugs were coming from inside the sink wall. Disgusting. I asked for my money back and all they would do was change my room. Whete were we going to go at 6:30 at night.

The room is outdated and not very spacious. Walls need painted. Bathroom was not very clean. Beds were comfortable. The cleaning staff was extremely loud outside our door when we were still trying to rest. Definitely not worth over $200/night. Will not stay here again.

Everything was immaculate - the lobby, room, breakfast area. The personnel were friendly and helpful. There was an abundance of breakfast choices and it was readily refreshed and filled. Great location for any tourist attractions.

When we arrived the young woman who checked us in was very friendly. We even asked her if she could change our room for a room closer to our friends who were in the same floor she was quick to help and accommodate my request. Very pleased.
