Historic Landmark with excellent interior design

Posted Jul 24, 2016
Pros: Exploring the hotel was historically interesting.
Cons: Fine, as is.
Location: The very real English Pub across the street was special and a nice surprise. Also, an excellent brewery within 8 minute walk. Science Center, as well!
The hotel is excellent but what makes it special is its attention to detail with its historical touches and artifacts.

Great hotel in Lancaster. In-room fridge, good fitness center and a great restaurant! Hotel staff is very friendly and there are several restaurants in walking distance. Highly recommend!!

Old Building turned into a beautiful Hotel

Posted Apr 30, 2016 on Orbitz
Cork Factory is in the city of Landcaster which in itself is a great location. This is coupled with the entire Amish Area which is a great tourist area. The breakfast was continental but well done. The facilities are beautiful since they are converted from an old factory and keep the rich history of the facilities. Old Factory and local area memorabilia plus a great Restaurant aside of the Hotel make this a plus place to go.

A Night at the Factory

Lovely reclaimed factory. Huge rooms with exposed brick and beams but also very cozy.

Cons: Carpeting in the halls needs to be cleaned. Restaurant menu was a bit dated and food was good but not great.
Terrific location. Rooms are incredibly spacious and updated.

histortic hotel, simple decor

Posted Mar 30, 2016 on Hotels
Historic hotel, simple decor. TV was small for size of room. If you want a room with the bricks (instead of drywall), call the hotel directly or you won't get one. Very nice shower. Bedding was clean but there was a stain on the sheets. More of a stain than "dirty sheets". Better than average free continental breakfast with assortment of cereals, granola bars, yogurt, fresh fruit tray, pastries.
