Staff exceptionally helpful and friendly - Front desk clerk stayed on the phone with me to give directions late at night when the NAV system was giving bad advice. Also helped with internet issues. Hotel itself perfectly adequate, room very comfortable

Close to Lancaster, Pa.

Beautiful hotel, nice and clean and great free breakfast. We had the largest room (5 adults-girls wkend) and it was roomy & comfortable. Only thing missing was a bar/lounge in the hotel.

Nice and Clean

The only thing I would change is the bathroom sink. It was very shallow, and had a low spot toward the front so water didn't drain properly, and the faucet didn't come out far enough over the sink so water tended to splash back all over the counter.

Nice hotel away from congestion

Nice hotel, friendly staff in a lovely area away from congestion but close enough to get to everything we wanted to see. Traveled from Pittsburgh to see “Jesus” at the Sight and Sound theater. Visited other Amish points of interest, too.

There was no heat our first night and it was so cold. But the hotel only charged us for one night instead of two. The room was perfect, very clean and quiet. The free breakfast was wonderful.

Sleepless night

The noise was so loud, I could not sleep. Calls to the front desk did stop the noise from other guests who were partying next door and in the hall outside my room. No other rooms were available and when the loud guests learned of complaints, they got louder and directed foul language to anyone they felt could have complained. It was 3:30 am when the noise stopped.
