There was no in between when it came to the shower water. It was either scalding hot or freezing cold.

The room was perfect. Everythi lng was neat and clean. The room had a single bed with lots of space. The staff was friendly even 1am.

I had to leave because of family emergency’s, the nice lady at the teller recommended I reach out to the third party seller (hotels.com) and get a refund. I did, and they said that the hotel rejected the refund request. THEY ARE THE ONES THAG TOLD ME TO DO IT. Not happy at all. You guys only offered 25 usd of the 165 I spent. Please just give me a refund.

Olive Garden next door a plus. Parking was bad I got blocked in by a truck and trailer. Room smelled like smoke and cigarettes

We never got into our room til almost an hr after check in time and I wasn't told about the 50$ deposit until we got there and I had to run and put more money on my card to cover the security deposit which I got back but just the idea of not being told until we got there I think I should've gotten a lit money back for having to wait on our room for almost 45 min before we could get in other than that everyth was ok with our stay
I was given a handicapped accessible room (not by request) and it was very dated. The tub and toilet were stained. Had a chair in the restroom to sit in the shower. Not an appealing aesthetic for able bodied guest.

Good afternoon Ms. Bates,My name is Bert with the Hampton Inn Lancaster Property and I'm reaching out regarding your most recent review on your stay. There was mention of not being pleased with the room that you were given, because of the handicap accessible features that the room featured. While I understand not wanting a room type such as this, I would like to point out the fact that we did not change the room type on your reservation. If you look at your confirmation for your booking, it clearly states that YOU booked an accessible room. We at the property level merely accommodated the room type that was already booked. We take all feedback submitted in reviews very seriously and it hurts us whenever we receive negative reviews. So it is disconcerting to us whenever we are given a poor score for something that we were not at fault for. I would strongly suggest that in the future, if you wish to book a room through one of our third party partners such as Expedia or Hotels.com, that you pay closer attention to the room type that you are booking, so as not to be disappointed with the property when you are not given what you wanted but didn't book. Thank you Ms. Bates and you have a great day.
The swimming pool was closed for repairs, the elevator was out of order, couldnt get the air conditioning to work in our room. Our room had no tv guide to watch tv. Staff was very kind, food was very good and kept up with.

The bathtubs in the rooms need to be replaced. They are too small and very slippery, very hard to take a shower.
Also I would recommend right height toilets to be installed in bathrooms. They are old style toilets and low to the ground, very hard for older people to use.

Rain really bad Friday night and my room on the 3rd floor had a leak in the ceiling. Water all over the desk, floor and tv. Don't have a other room ready to switch me too.

Hello sir, We apologize for the inconvenience of the unforeseen circumstances of your stay! It was unfortunate that we were sold out that night and could not readily move you into another room. We hope that you can offer us another chance to make that up to you, should your travels ever bring you back to our area.
Strong order of mildew, dirt in ice machine, water was only luke warm. I brought it to front desk attention and was not offered another stay at least. Did not shower the whole time. No microwave in room.

The staff at this property were outstanding. All the staff we encountered were incredibly friendly and hospitable. They all went out of their way to make us feel at home and valued as people.
