I enjoyed my stay and loved the ambiance. I like the repurposed factory space and the interior design makes good use of the industrial elements (heavy wooden beams, etc.). The staff was helpful and friendly.
This is such a cute place with a great price close to Lancaster Pa. We arrived after hours but had no problem contacting the staff in order to check in. The rooms are very spacoious and clean. Great experience! I stay in many hotels and this one is something special. There are even bath and body works brand toiletries.
Very easy to check in. Smorgasbord breakfast is included with room fees. Only drawback was hearing the other room showers when drawing water in the adjacent rooms.
The hotel is currently under renovations, so that is a little distracting, but once inside the room, everything was fine. You can't expect them to close down completely for months during renovations.
My husband and I stayed one night and found our room (#34) 2nd fl. to be comfortable and clean. Absolutely no complaints for $55. Courtesy continental breakfast incl. Would recommend.

The staff was extremely friendly, and helpful, even letting us get in our room early. The room was large, but extremely outdated, and not particularly clean. The bed was tolerable but the pillows were flat and hard.
