Got blamed for property damage that was not our fault pain was bubbling on the walls in bathroom from shower moisture very dirty hotel needs upgraded for the price they charge

Heat was broken in my first room, so I was switched late at night. Second room the heat was broken too, switched again. Thankfully I’m a solo traveler, so it wasn’t a huge deal. But for a group or family, that could be a real hassle. The staff member was immediately at my room and helping, and was friendly and attentive. They ensured that I did have heat. So the customer service is great!

Only one thing didn't like one cleaning crew they moved me different room it was dirty floor under the refrigerator was something sticky the place is nice l wish they changed one clean crew

They took a copy of my credit card. They said it was mandatory if not I can leave. I got there after midnight and couldn’t find another place to stay.

Dear Carlina,Your credit card could not be scanned. The rules are the same for everybody. Lancaster County has more than 60 hotels and motels, and in November, there are plenty of vacancies.

Our room was spacious and clean. The tap water was pleasant to drink (forgot a water bottle). The staff were very nice and friendly. The Namaste restaurant attached to the property was absolutely delicious. We'd definitely stay here again!

The wall rack fell off the wall and hasn’t been fixed. The cups and sugar have not been replenished. The lock require a number of tries to open.

Went to PA for a wrestling tournament. All that is needed is a bed, and shower. This hotel was not to far from the convention center, and cost less. I guess you get what you paid for. Sheets were dirty, and we saw one roach. Definitely won't book again.

The stay was for less than an hour, it was just for showering, the room smell just like cigarets, the bed sheet was dirty, there was dust all over, the bathroom was dirty even the floor and wall, it was a scary experience, took a. Bath with sandals. The parking was “ok” by it smell like dirty water, I’ll said I’ll not go back or rent again. From 1 to 10 I’ll give a 1 do to the person who took care of me was nice.

we literally found a ROACH when we opened our drawers up to check the room, also had what to look like blood stains on sheetz and disgusting makeup smeared on the pillows. i wouldn’t stay here if my life depended on it. Also they won’t give you you’re money back and charged me 50$ for no reason. absolutely disgusting never again

Dear Elle According to our records, you paid Expedia/Hotel.com directly and the credit card belonging to Expedia was charged not yours. We did not have your personal credit card. We read the log book for that day and have no mention of your party coming to the front desk either to report any issues or tell us you were checking out.

We felt unsafe. The keys we had for the room didn’t work and the attendant thought we could just stay in the room and not leave. We felt very uneasy and left!

Dear KristinaLet's review the facts. You checked in a non smoking room and smoked in it. You had two cats in the room without our knowledge. We gave you a paper at check in with the keys explaining that " If you smoke in a non smoking room, you will be charged 50.00". The paper also says "Cats are not allowed". We try to charge your credit for smoking in a non smoking room, and your credit card was declined. You are no longer allowed here.

Property was unclean and more like a ghetto apartment complex than a motel. I left even tho it was too late to cancel because the room was supposed to be non smoking but smelled strongly of smoke. Also, the window was open in the room, with no way to lock it once it was closed and it was on the ground floor. The only good thing I can say is that the lady at the front desk was kind to us.
