Convenient historic district location. Parking garage attached to corridor to lobby. Room was clean and modern. But was not fond of the translucent bathroom barnstyle door for privacy. There was no Ventilation fan in bathroom ( or it didnt work). Perfect location to walk to an evening at the Fulton Theatre, and a block from central market.

Great hotel, great room, and great staff. They’re for a cheerleading competition that was at the convention center. Wasn’t ideal to wait for one elevator to work on the east tower. Which made the line long up and down the elevator (with carrying luggage). Overall, I would recommend the hotel.

The hotel was spotless and room very welcoming. Disappointed with so many charges that the hotel had. Parking, WIFi etc. Lacking in breakfast options. Very disappointing 18.00 buffet. I have had better complimentary at other hotels. Not sure if I will return

We only live 10 Mi away we love downtown Lancaster we got a Corner Room with a spectacular View of most of Lancaster County and had a reservation at Josephine's. Hands down the best restaurant in Lancaster for an early celebration of my birthday. Market is open today so we will wander down there and then have lunch and head back home. A perfect little getaway for us

The hotel was fine. Not sure why if you pay so much money for a room, you *also* have to pay extra for wifi access... The windows aren't super thick, so be careful if you have a room facing Tellus 360 (not sure which direction that is, i was in the east tower right across the street from the club). I wasn't able to sleep until they closed each night at 1:30. The shower leaked, but that's not a huge problem or anthing. Overall fine, nice location.

Historic building on the square in Lancaster City. Clean with modern amenities. Three great dining options (for Christmas Eve and Christmas Day): Plough - Main floor, excellent food and drink options, nice, cozy atmosphere. The Exchange - 12th floor, entrance is outside main hotel, cool atmosphere and outdoor dining - warm even in 40 deg weather. Two Kings - breakfast buffet only, friendly waitstaff (even after 2 ignorant couples decided to barge-in after they closed at 10am on Christmas morning). This is my wife's and my second Christmas Eve-into-Christmas Day stay here and we could not be more pleased. Will book here again!
