I liked the proximity to shopping and food. I didn't like the broken steps to get up to the room. There were burn holes in the comforters.

When I arrived at property there was 6 Sherriff's car in driveway. The floors were sticky, not clean, the bedding covers, sheets and pillows were not clean. graffiti on side of night stands and headboard. Only one exit out of room and that door was warped like it had been kicked in once. At night unexpected visitor banging on door wanting to get in. Very loud, abusive, screaming in room next door.
