Pros: Location. Decent bed. Cons: No way to lock door from outside, dirty underwear found in bedroom, no TV, bathroom power outlet doesn’t work, AC doesn’t cool past bedroom, rickety stairway to enter, anyone can access the unit or laundry area with no key since lock is fake.
