I was raised that we don't throw food away. So, when it isn't that busy, we don't make a lot of food then end up throwing it away. The front desk makes it as needed, plus it is then fresh. It has nothing to with "penny pinching"! Also, the so called "warning sign", says not to take food back to the rooms because we started to have an ant problem, which is now taken care of. So please get the facts first before assuming things and stating things that are incorrect!!! Things we do are for our guests, all of our guests.

I don't know how many times I have to say this. You went through Expedia, you have to cancel through Expedia or you will not receive a refund. You give the hotel a bad review but you booked through Expedia. We take care of all of our guests but we are limited when booked through a third party. We are a highly superior Hotel!!! But some guests don't understand when I try to explain things.

We do have internet throughout the hotel. The hotel doesn't have control over Comcast cable TV channels. The blocks were from the recent carpet cleaning, they were removed now. Thank you for staying with us.
