Befbugs

***Alesha was rude as hell to me and my best friend. *** The picture if the plantation house in room 126 is scary especially the reflection in the mirror.

overall the management and employee's was great. the room however had a very strong musky smell and the carpet was damp. We had to buy a few candles to cover the smell but everything else I can't complain about

If I could read it less than a 1 I would.

The front desk clerk was extremely rude. The entire stay she was arguing with another gentleman. She was reprimanding other individuals who were staying at the hotel for using the waffle maker wrong. That's not to mention that the room was filthy and the bathroom looked like it wasn't clean. I can officially say this was the worst hotel I have ever stayed it!!!!

Nice staff, disgusting rooms

Staff was nice and friendly, unfortunately the hotel was filthy. I was able to draw a line in the shower filth with my finger. The microwave looked like somebody threw a bowl of spaghetti sauce at the outside. Inside of the microwave was worse. The fridge had black stuff in the seal and was nasty. We found several batteries and beads laying around the floor, no way it was vacuumed. Floor in the bathroom was different colors in the corners due to the accumulated dirt where the broom and mop would not fit. The walls needed a serious cleaning. We could see several spots that had unidentifiable stuff stuck to the wall. The bathroom had large cobwebs in the corner near the ceiling. The top edge of the bathroom counter (along the wall) had months worh if accumulated filth. I did complain when we checked in. The cleaning staff attempted to make it better, but it was just too far gone. It would have taken hours to fix. Because of an event in town there were no other rooms available. Pool area was nice but the ladder broke while my daughter was climbing out. Guest laundry area was not available during our stay. Bottom line is housekeeping and maintenance sucks. I will never go back and I advise you to stay away.

Good for the price

This was a work trip. Similar to most hotels in this price range I stay at for work. The breakfast consists of bagels, cereal, and diy waffles. The pool was nice.

Family Reunt

Stafff was not friendly initially. Our room had bed bugs. I was told Mr Patel did not offer refunds under any circumstances and I could be moved to another room. I eventually was able to stay with relatives. I will NEVER stay here again. Rooms smelled musty, toilet wasn't attached fully to the floor, towels were small and the pool area was gross.
