“While check-in was pleasant and the breakfast was decent, a serious incident occurred on the evening of May 24, 2026 that completely ruined our stay and raised major safety concerns. At approximately 9:30 PM, my family and friends were using the indoor pool, which is clearly advertised as being open from 10:00 AM to 10:00 PM.
