“Lors de l'arrivée, le manager m'a demandé de payer la chambre en disant que Hotels.com n'a rien débité de ma carte. J'ai exécuté en ayant confiance. J'ai reçu la chambre 33, glacée, 16.5C et j'ai demandé de brancher le chauffage (car il était éteint!) le plus vite car mon fils de 5 ans était très fatigué et il était tard (20h).
