Nice rooms!

Pros: Room!!! I slept amazing and the rooms are very good.
Cons: Toeristic information
Location: Supermarket, shoppingmall football stadion and bowling area next to the hotel.
We have enjoyed ourselves. The hotelroom was perfect. We have been little misinformed by one of the staff members. I asked directions to the mountain in France and where I could take the cable ride. They told us the directions which where very good. But when we arrived at location it we found out that the cable ride is closed until 13 december. I find that the staff should have known this information because its one of the main attractions in Geneva. As well in weekend the restaurant and bar is not open in de hotel. On sunday the supermarket or restaurants near the hotel are not open. So remember to buy breakfast before.

A equipe do hotel foi bem cordial e prestativa. O hotel fica praticamente dentro de um shopping, que tem supermercado, farmácia e restaurantes. O hotel está um pouco afastado do centro de Genebra, mas o hotel fica em frente a um ponto de ônibus, e a 10 minutos da estação do tram, o que permite se deslocar rapidamente até o centro.

Prima hotel en ov naar centrum voor de deur

Prima verzorgd hotel, ontbijt vonden we te duur en t was gezelliger om in de stad te ontbijten. Bar / restaurant was vaak gesloten dus eenmaal binnen, konden we niet heel veel. We verwachtten niet veel en kwamen eigenlijk alleen om te slapen. Verder alles in de stad gedaan. Goede bedden en airco (het was buiten ongeveer 30 graden). Zeer vriendelijk personeel.

Geneva 2 nights

The hotel and room were clean. Liked that the hotel was attached to a mall and that they give transit tickets in Geneva with your hotel room. Taxis are very expensive in Geneva. One of the eating places in the mall said most of the food outlets give 10% off to hotel guests. There is a grocery store in the mall and a fridge in the room would have been an added bonus as food (dining out) is pricey in geneva as well.

Less facilities, little far from central, room ok

Pros: just room cleanness, little bit comfort and tea or coffee facility.
Cons: need to learn customer services a lot. need to improve facilities like dinner at least if possible to bring some take away delivery for urgent situati
Location: just shopping complex around, no food shop or fast food around to choice.
I stayed in hotel recently in 12th & 13th of July2016 for 2 nights, wasn't pleased enough on my stay, Room was comfortable and neat & clean, no complain about quiet night stay, but inadequate facilities, its little far from central where as there is no enough restaurants and fast food shop around the hotel, not enough choices except MacDonald and supermarket food, there is shopping complex near by, but no shop for lunch or dinner nearby. As we check in late night after 11pm, we couldn't find any place to eat at all around after such a long journey, we asked hotel staff to arranged some food or dinner if possible, he couldn't help, he refused to give some idea where we could buy some proper food for our dinner, he didn't help us at all. Then, we went to bed with whole night starving, couldn't sleep at all, was really nightmare, receptionist didn't help us to look on internet to find some shop to order takeaway food for us as I eagerly requested him and we were unknown about the place and can't speak french, wasn't happy with the service at all. no more there if return to geneva.
