“This place looked amazing in the photos, but when you get there, it’s honestly nothing like the pictures. There was a strong mold smell, especially in the bathroom not only in my room, but also in my friend’s room. The beds were comfortable to sleep in, and the staff was very kind and helpful, but my main complaint is definitely the smell in both the room and washroom. The floors also didn’t seem very clean; our socks turned completely black from walking around. Unfortunately, I had to leave……

The staff were so helpful and really friendly, nothing was too much trouble. It is in a quiet area near the river but hard to walk anywhere from it. Only a short drive to Alcacer do Sal. Sitting rooms, the chapel, a pool table room, and the outside pool area is from a fairytale. It’s like going back in time. We felt like royalty. 100% recommended.”

“Very modern. Staff was very friendly and helpful. They carried our luggage up the stairs (no elevator). Carolina gave us many good tips about the surroundings and restaurants. Room was extra clean. We were there in summer so AC was very welcome. We each had one suitcase and a backpack which made storage a challenge in the small room. Provided breakfast was freshly prepared and extras could be purchased.”
