Great but....

The staff was amazing, the hotel was amazing, the breakfast was amazing, the location was great, but from 4/6- 4/9 no one went to my room to clean it, pic up the trash or to do the beds, I only got towels because I had to call and request them, so overall it was a good choice.

I think this hotel could due better in cleanliness. Comforters had stains on them, towels were dirty too. I didn’t report it because I was just there for 2days. One of my biggest issues with this place was the connecting room. HOLY MOLY- you can hear everything I MEAN everything in the other room because there is a door that separates both rooms. Never again. They need to do a better job in sound proofing that- not cool man, not cool.

I was there two nights for business, I left Friday morning to go to work and I came back around 3pm. I found housekeeping cleaning rooms still on the floor I was on and figured my room was next since she was next door to mine, nope when I came back up and hour and half later room was still not clean. I called front desk and was told by McKenzie that she will contact somebody in housekeeping and have my room clean ASAP. I left for approx two hours to get dinner when I came back my room was still not clean.

Nice big room, but a little dark

Staff and facilities were very nice. Room was spacious and the bed comfortable. Included breakfast buffet was excellent. Not enough lighting in room. Energy saver bulbs too dim and only one bedside lamp. Night lights in the bedroom and bathroom would be a nice safety addition.

Good location in the middle of a Main Street

We had a nice room, everything was looking good until we opened the blinds and spotted a lot of dead flies on the bottom of the window! Gross! Most disgusting thing I've ever seen in a hotel room. Then to make matters worse, there were about 4 flies and 2 ladybugs that ended up coming through the cracks of the windows/ vents. Then after we reported to guess services they "took care of the problem" by plugging the holes, but all the dead bugs was still in the room. Didn't spend much time in the room because it was so uncomfortable!
