Great Location with all amenities!

Stayed here to visit Sesame Place..everything was great including room service plus location is across the road from sesame place and food/shopping. Will definitely be staying here again!

Pros: everything, safety included
Cons: a nightclub would be nice, lol!
only negative was a wedding on my arrival night - sat. - and a party with loud clapping throughout the evening on mon. night.

We planned a trip for our 3 year old to sesame place and chose this hotel solely on its closeness to the park and it’s indoor pool. The pool heater was broken so we were unable to use the facility myself my husband and my daughter were very upset : ( also the tub was clogged. I let the desk know someone came to service it and the next day we tried again and it wasn’t fixed. No not only could my 3 year old not swim but she couldn’t bathe either !

We reserve king side bed and when we got there they gave us a room with two full side beds. We ask for the room we reserved and they said they were completely book.

breakfast buffet disappointing, smaller than most

Pros: Location was great and nice to get paper in the morning
Cons: The breakfast buffet needs more fresh items, some meat, and coffee and orange juice stations available 24 hrs.
Location: Very close to a huge shopping center with BJ's the most appreciated to see.
Initially asked for $15 for a breakfast tickets and offered them free when opted to have breakfast elsewhere. Nevertheless, the buffet was small and did not have a very good selection of items.

Great for families heading to Sesame Place. Comfy rooms for a night or two and extremely convenient location to park, dining and shopping. Best hotel we have found near the park.

Most unprofessional front desk staff!

Pros: Absolutely nothing.
Cons: Everything.
Location: I wouldn't know. Our room was given away to someone else.
Traveled 4 hours to this hotel with reservation to stay two nights. Once there, had to park in back and walk quite a distance w/ my husband and tired 3 year old (and our bags). Advised at front desk we had no room. They had a flood earlier that day. They claimed they couldn't let us know this before we got there because they had no way to contact us (we booked through Expedia / ctc info obviously available). Offered me ONE night transfer to another hotel 20 minutes away. I explained this wouldnt work. We were going to Sesame Place the next day and couldn't check out of the other hotel at 11 am, only to have NO place for our things until 3 pm. They literally had zero expression on their face and could NOT care less. To compensate, I was then offered a free breakfast. I'm serious. Thank goodness I booked with Expedia and was able to easily get my money back from this awful place. We declined their wonderful offers. As my exhausted family was leaving to find another hotel somewhere in a town we have never been in, the manager offered me a granola bar. It could not have been a worse experience. Stay away!!!!
