Cons: Morning breakfast buffet need to be reviewed again by the management with chef as for 3 consecutive days, it was almost the similar menu.
A nice quiet place to relax with family away from the city and one with the nature.

Nice hotel in a quiet location

Posted Apr 21, 2017
The area is idyllic. Garden view room was pleasant and picturesque outlook. Bed was comfortable and the room was clean and cleaned well each day. The staff were excellent! The food was great! The pool area was nice but needs some sprucing up - though the drinks kept flowing :) concierge was helpful and nothing was too much trouble. If you want to relax it's perfect. Only minutes from the cable car - go the express lane well worth the expense. Easy and cheap to hire a car from the hotel and driving on the island is stress free.

A torn down place

Posted Apr 17, 2017
A torn down place and having very little maintenance. The power supply always trips and very bad limited tv channel. After mid night you can hear loud noise from the neighbour room

Sea view chalets are battered

Posted Apr 13, 2017
Pros: Nothing
Cons: Everything if they want to compete in the market
Location: Not very convenient
Poorly maintained chalets, hopeless restaurant menu, no beach, dirty water, poorly maintained internal roads, too many mosquitos and other insects, moving floors, and no customer service. No wonder there were very few people in the hotel. Restaurant and rooms were most disheartening.

Best Stay of the trip

Posted Mar 28, 2017
The hotel was one of the best choices made during the trip, it seemed to finally feel like a vacation, got all the amenities one can ask for making you feel like home away from home.

Nice resort, a little dated

Posted Mar 24, 2017
Pros: Big rooms and bathroom! Great for families
Cons: Facilities a bit dated
Location: Its far from the town centre (Chenang), not much to do nearby but you can drive where you need to go.
Great staff service, breakfast was also nice. Facilities are a bit dated, but clean and comfortable none the less. The beach isn't the best as it is quite small and risky due to jelly fish! But the water around the hotel is quite beautiful and calming. Hotel itself is not near the "town" part of Langkawi (ie. Chenang) but is not too far from Chenang nonetheless. You'll definitely need a car to get around.

Excellent settings reminders of past glory

Posted Mar 22, 2017
Pros: Settings. even though there is no beach. peaceful
Cons: Need staffs, need cleaning, need guest.
Location: Not much to do nearby. Close to airport. You need car to enjoy the staying in the hotel.
Hotel setting is beautiful but the maintenance is poor. Road and curb sides are filled with leafs not many people for maintenance. But it is peaceful. Reasonably priced and if you don't like lot of people and noise around you then this is not bad.

Upkeep & good maintenance, hotel can b alot better

Posted Mar 13, 2017
No doubt, the hotel staff are helpful and friendly. They have done a great job for the hotel for comforting the guests. This hotel lack of good maintenance. At night I feel a little bit creepy due to insufficient lighting. I think the restaurant cleanliness is not so great. There's a lot of opportunity to improve. But they have a pool with great view.
