"Weekend street parking is free, and found a spot on the side street next tot he hotel, so that was a bonus. Room was nice, and clean. Convenient location to walk to multiple restaurants and bars. The Riverwalk nearby was very nice with a sculptures and installation pieces. "

"The hotel felt unsafe. When we pulled in at 10 pm there were people loitering in the parking lot. A man who was standing next to the building when we came in followed us in and sat down watching us in the lobby while we checked in. We had to wait for the check-in person who said nothing. Then, we heard people loudly talking and shouting to each other all night. We hardly slept. In the morning we tried to get breakfast at 9:02 and found out it was closed. Again, we had to call for the front desk person to check out who I complained to about breakfast. He said sorry - then after I shared that it was loud and I hardly slept offered me a yogurt to take with me. If my child goes to Michigan State I will not stay here."

"The bed was so uncomfortable. Our room was dirty. Crumbs on the furniture, food behind the doors. The pull out couch that we didn't book but had to take was super uncomfortable for our two kids and that had trash folded up in it."

"Hotel looks outdated for the price that we are paying. Staff is very friendly and very accommodating. Personally need update on the rooms, carpet , sheets. Outdated. Not typical for Hyatt but this one definitely needed it"

"Great staff the minute we arrived, didnt have to wait long even though they were very busy. They had a very large group in front of us but he c was very polite and we didn't wait long. The room was very nice and clean. Breakfast was very good . Even though there was a large group of students they kept everything full and hot. Kudos to your staff, we will be back again. "
