When we checked in after driving 7+ hours we were told the pool was closed, when I mentioned that we should have been notified of this prior to arrival, the front desk clerk became rude and said I'll cancel you room then you can call expedia and have them put you elsewhere, ummm....no I just drove ...
On our way to Chicago we were looking for a place that was just off the highway. Decided to try Charlotte. We were very happy with the location. Nice little town with a few different options for dinner. We will likely stop here again the next time our travels take us along this route.
The hotel was just what I expected from a Comfort Inn. Clean, friendly and great breakfast choices. But the bed was the best! I slept like a baby.
Compared to Country Inns, Holiday Inns etc, by far this is the hotel to stay at. We believe they should all take a visit here to see how they should aspire to be like. It was our first time swimming in a salt water pool as well, we liked it much better than a chlorine one. The breakfast room is very ...
Hotel was clean and staff friendly. Room was comfortable and fresh. Hotel is almost completely remodeled. The only complaint would be the breakfast was lacking anything with substance the only hot food was a waffle maker, no fruit of any type. Overall the price for the night was exceptional.
Our room was newly remodeled, and so clean! We loved the modern look and feel, and got oh so comfy on the chaise Lounge! The pool was clean as well, and breakfast was great!
Room was great - only complaint was bed was a lot softer than I prefer but others may like that. Everyone was very friendly and accommodating. Location was perfect for us. Close to lots of restaurants and stores. We were only staying one night but would be a great place to stay multiple days with ...
Within walking distance to downtown. Lots of good food eateries around. Across the road from a river walk. Close to bus terminal and bus stops. A comfortable hotel for 3 persons. Temperature of shower water great - not too hot or cold.
Average comfort overall. Older motel with an odd layout, but rooms have been recently renovated and updated. Very clean.
My wife and I were treated with an excellent experience! Breakfast best we've ever had the pleasure of enjoying! Late night dinner was excellent!
Helpful staff. Very good value for the money Clean rooms Wouldn't mind a few more items at continental breakfast
It was a nice stay - pretty middle of the road. It is a little difficult to get into their parking lot because the road is so busy. The staff was all really friendly and helpful. The pool is right in the middle of the hotel which I thought was odd at first, but it was nice. The rooms were pretty ...
