My room key wouldn't work. Had to get new ones twice. Didn't appreciate being locked out.& there was rust all around the sink. The refrigerator kept making noises & didn't keep my food & drinks cold. The sheets had blood stains on them. The Comforter was dirty & smelled musty. Was loud. Didn't sleep good at all. The carpet had crumbs by the bed. Didn't have enough coffeee or towels. Supplied. Veey disappointed. Won't be going back ever.

Shameful to lock out your guests returning from a U Club event at 10 pm, forcing them to call the desk or wander into the parking lot. Just key the room keys to the entry door like every other good hotel. You market yourself as connected to the Henry Center and U Club but do this!! Very bad and I have been a loyal customer!

I like that the staff was friendly and the roombed/bathroom was clean. In the morning they ran out of coffee in the so I couldn't get any. Out of coffee? Also had to pay for my 2 boiled eggs. A nice free breakfast would be nice.

When I booked this stay no where did it say there was a 2 night minimum for home football games. I booked this stay months ago. And I needed to only stay one night and the hotel refused to accommodate. We have stayed here many times and this was by far our worst experience

Great front desk agents whose friendliness was welcome after a long day and evening outside. Comfortable bed left me feeling refreshed in a.m. No disturbances and a nice & peaceful--if short (after late night arrival) -- overall stay!
