Don't bother

The staff was the most unprofessional I have seen anywhere. I had centipedes in my room. It needs a total overhaul. You certainly get what you pay for.

In Michigan for a family wedding

Pros: Cleanliness and peacefulness.
Cons: Breakfast-see above
Location: Near to the Potters Field Zoo and only 1 1/2 hr away from the amazing Henry Ford Museum-a MUST see if staying in the area!
Hotel was very clean and more than adequate for our 3 night stay. Quiet and near many different eateries and attractions. Breakfast could be expanded to include more choices-maybe instead of 2 waffle makers, have a place where fresh eggs could be prepared, more fresh fruit, etc.

Nice Hotel

Pros: Large room, friendly people, good price
Cons: I would put stairways at the end of the building where the parking lot is so guests don't have to walk so far to get to the elevators.
Hotel is very nice on the inside, very big. I was kind of disappointed that my vehicle was quite a ways away from the nearest elevator but all in all I was satisfied.

I was visiting family. Room was nice. Hotel was very quiet. Bathroom floor was not so clean. I would have asked for a different room, but I didnt want to go through all the trouble of having to move. I was travelling alone with just me and my boys.

Not worth my $130.

The bed sizes were not even Queens. There was a dirty towel under the sink, there were people in the parking lot drinking and smoking weed. Someone put scotch tape on my car window. Wifi didnt work too well.

All of our bed sizes are exactly what we advertise either a Queen or a King there are no falsifications in regards to the beds. When you leave your vehicle unattended in any type of establishment you run the risk of random occurrences that could possibly happen vandalism can happen on any Hotel property where parking is available. As far as other guest being in the parking lot drinking and doing other things if Security is not notified there is no way of us knowing these types of things are even happening if we are not notified we cannot address the issues at hand, and lastly if there was a problem in your room you could have contacted the Front Desk and any issue would have been immediately addressed.

I wasn't going to write anything but am forced to in order to submit a review. This is an old facility that is not very well maintained located in an area that is also not very well maintained.

We have recently undergone construction of our hotel and take great pride in it as we continue to update. However we have no control over our location or how the city keeps the area clean. Hopefully you will return to enjoy the true beauty of what we have to offer.

Three surprises I was not expecting!

I arrived at 1:30pm and waited until 3:00pm still could not check in; When I came back at 8:00pm, it took long time to check in even I was the only one at front desk because of slow computer; Also the one at front desk was cough, sneeze several time at that time; Before sleep, found there were some hair on both beds, then change from room 554 to room 414, finally beds were clean. Overall really disappointed.

Check in is normally at 3pm however if room permitting we will accommodate as early check in. It's not always possible as we stay busy offer a late check out to our previous guest. In this day and age of modern technology nothing is ever guaranteed with full proof computer system. Rest assured all our rooms are cleaned thoroughly and inspected prior ti all guest arrivals. If there is a problem with a room we will always make sure to move a guest and make sure the move meets their standards and as for the person at the front desk being sick... I hope they covered their mouth as they were coughing and sneezing and used hand sanitize as well/ Being sick is out of any persons control and I'm sure germs were not intentional spread. Thank you for taking time out of your day to give us this review, we appreciate all feedback.

It was okay. The shower curtain was filthy, this was the second time that I've stayed here and the shower curtain was dirty. The rate is to high for the quality of this hotel. Rate needs to be lower. Don't know If I will stay here again unless the rate is lower.

Hotel nice, outside less so

Pros: Very clean rooms. Nicely updated, very comfy beds.
Cons: Reduce parking areas and add landscaping.
Location: Large ugly parking lots surround hotel. Not a walkable area. Old tired strip of businesses and large parking areas that sit mostly empty.
Friendly staff, clean, comfortable rooms. Very quiet, nearly empty. This is a place for business folks or to attend a Spartan football game. Not a place for a family vacation, not a pretty area of the community.

Our courtyard offers a variety of beautiful flowers and a coy fish pond we also have two other areas that catch the eye with a beautiful arrangement of flowers and landscaping. we do offer a swimming pool for guest that have children. GO SPARTANS!!!

Disappointed

It wasn't worthe the price. Our room window leaked so bad it soaked our child that was sleeping by the window and bags that were under the window as well.

A change in your room would have been an appropriate option as there should never be a reason for soaked clothing let alone a soaked child.
