Three surprises I was not expecting！

I arrived at 1:30pm and waited until 3:00pm still could not check in;
When I came back at 8:00pm, it took long time to check in even I was the only one at front desk because of slow computer; Also the one at front desk was cough, sneeze several time at that time;
Before sleep, found there were some hair on both beds, then change from room 554 to room 414, finally beds were clean.
Overall really disappointed.

Check in is normally at 3pm however if room permitting we will accommodate as early check in. It's not always possible as we stay busy offer a late check out to our previous guest. In this day and age of modern technology nothing is ever guaranteed with full proof computer system. Rest assured all our rooms are cleaned thoroughly and inspected prior ti all guest arrivals. If there is a problem with a room we will always make sure to move a guest and make sure the move meets their standards and as for the person at the front desk being sick... I hope they covered their mouth as they were coughing and sneezing and used hand sanitize as well/ Being sick is out of any persons control and I'm sure germs were not intentional spread. Thank you for taking time out of your day to give us this review, we appreciate all feedback.
