The rooms are very outdated and run down. The front desk staff was rude. We got locked out of our room. No housekeeping. Elevator out of order. Ice machine out of order. Breakfast was mediocre. We have stayed at this inn for many years. We will never stay there again.

The first room they gave me I took a nap. I woke up and I had bed bug bites. the second room they gave me no heat. They offered me my refund and I still have not received it.

We stayed here and reserved a conference room for our family Christmas party. It was an excellent space and the staff was wonderful. We're already planning to book again next year.

Definitely worth the stay!
SAM! What a wonderful employee! He greeted us with such friendliness! Made us feel welcomed. The other staff we met were nice as well. Family atmosphere, we had our grandkids and they loved the place. This is our second stay here and we will be back!

The room was quiet and bed comfortable. There was no towel rack in the bathroom so no place to hang towels. I was there for three days and asked on the first day to have that fixed. Nothing happened. The staff was very unfriendly and not accommodating. I would never stay here again. I can't believe it had 4.5 stars!!

It was very convenient to shopping. The bed was comfortable and the room had fridge and microwave. Bathroom was fully stocked with towels. Some maintenance issues were needed to be addressed. Staff was super friendly. Breakfast was good and convenient.

The staff is kind and the location is great. We have stayed here before and chose to stay again because of location and sentiment. However, the hotel has a mildew smell that you can smell as soon as you enter the hotel. And the room we were given smelled like pet/dog, even though we were not on the pet floor.

I was looking for a reasonable, safe and secure place to lay my head for the weekend and Comfort Inn gave me just that comfort. Would recommend if you want something pocket friendly and is close by a lot of places.

Smoky smell all throughout hotel, dated carpet, lampshade in room had stains on it, bugs in bathroom- hotel sent housekeeping to come spray the room like it was a usual request, room had a dank smell and just felt dirty. We ultimately just left and stayed at another hotel for the night.

This is an older motel. The rooms were okay but not great. The hallways all smelled musty and looked somewhat dingy. The pool area was very dated but the pool was nice. The hot tub looked nice and was working but for some reason was closed off? Covid leftovers?

Nothing fancy about this hotel. It’s a place to crash at when you’re in town for an event. The pool was closed for maintenance which would have been nice to know before I booked my stay, but the awesome breakfast made up for it. Would I stay there again.? Probably.

I have stayed here several times. The staff is friendly and helpful. The room was clean and it was a quiet place to stay. There was a problem with my shower and the desk was happy I reported it. Overall happy with my stay but think it is looking tired and dirty in hallways.

Staff were very nice and very helpful. The place needs updates. The mattress on the bed was old and tilted. The exercise room has too many items and no room to move around and the paint is peeling off the building. The hallways smelled dank.

Beds were small but clean and comfortable Breakfast had the usual stuff. Front desk staff helpful. Only complaint outside our room smelled like dog pee. I did mention it when we left. I was told first floor is reserved for pet friendly. I do not have a dog and nothing against pet friendly motels. I just wish I was told that upon checking in.

Nice place!
The carpet could use cleaning. The hot tub was unusable as it was filthy as was the pool (guess there was a party in it or something). Other than that, everything was great. I’ll stay again. The breakfast was great too. Large assortment of items.
