The building doesn't look like much from the outside, but inside is pretty impressive. It's clear that they generally cater to a business crowd. The rooms are generally nice, clean, and spacious, however if you look you can find some minor signs of disrepair, such as rust in the shower or a loose ceiling tile. In all, not a big deal.The amenities also feel less modern, such as no streaming on the television. The bathroom was my only real problem with my stay. Despite the spaciousness of the rooms, the bathroom felt small and claustrophobic, not much bigger than a closet. The shower, however, was the biggest issue. Even after letting it run, the water was far too cold to comfortably shower in it. That was disappointing, but since I was only staying one night, not that big of a deal. Overall, I enjoyed my stay. The staff was very friendly and helpful. It was a great place to spend a night, and I suspect a really good place to hold a conference.

The staff were very welcoming and efficient. Breakfast was very enjoyable. The suites were spacious and the bed and pillows very comfortable. Highly recommend.

Dear Tim,Thank you for letting us know about your Park and Fly challenges. Unfortunately Park and Fly sells out very quickly for us We are the only hotel in our area that offers that service and we book every seat for take off and return that we have available to us. The reason we are not opening that package to online partners is van runs must be scheduled at the time the reservation is booked. We have van runs going to the airport as part of P&F starting at 4AM with the last run at 5:15 AM. We take great pains to be sure our guests are scheduled and make it to the airport for their departure. Hopefully next year we will see you on a Park and Fly stay for your vacation. Thankyou again for your review and information.

On the plus side, it's clean and the staff is very friendly and helpful. Also, the breakfast is pretty good. On the down side, the rooms have the HVAC system in the sleeping area, and it's super loud. The first room was so loud I asked to change rooms.

The staff was amazing and was genuinely intetested in why were in the area. The breakfast cooks were amazing with my daughters and always asked how their dance preformances went.

A hidden gem - don't miss it
Such a great experience! When we walked in my husband asked apprehensively, "how much did this cost us? This is a fancy hotel!" When I told him what reasonable rates they charge he was astounded. The staff were so friendly, the room so lovely and comfortable, the appointments so well-done -- and all for such a great price. We will absolutely be back!

for the price of the hotel you would think its a nasty place, but honestly minus a couple cosmetic things, the place was great. we stayed there for a tournament and it was well worth the $80 for a nice room. The breakfast was a nice surprise! I was thinking we were going to get a bagel or maybe some fruit, but they had eggs hashbrowns and bacon made fresh from a cook who as friendly as could be. staff was great!
