Paid for a River View received a view of 4 trees in front of my window. Seal on window must have been broken because the condensation was so bad everywhere in the room. Restaurant wasn't open when it was suppose to be and the poor Starbucks employee needed help as she was working by herself.

I would have rated higher, but our coffee machine had used pods from the previous guest, mini fridge hardly produced any chill and beverages and food were nuke warm, and there was no microwave. Staff was mostly great, minus the market worker. She was rude.

The Hotel and the whole area around it are BEAUTIFUL with everything you need in Lansing right there. The staff(especially the women working the front desk) were very nice and friendly and helpful 😄. I could not have asked for a better stay,! We went for my birthday on New Year's Eve and had a great time!

Super convenient for the event center, but elevators are super slow, no stairs option, our drain was clogged and the plunger to lift it uo was broken, and we were out of soap in the pump in the shower.

Great location and VERY friendly staff. I always stay here for meetings as it’s walkable. It used to be the Radisson, but now it’s a Doubletree and they continue to remodel. Highly recommended.

Was here for a music event, staff were super friendly and helped me figure out some awesome dining options in Lansing. The staff were extremely lenient with other guests that were also staying there for the same music event. I figured as much for Lansing being a college town this was to be expected. The room was clean and tidy, no issues with the room. I was really disappointed with the ‘dining’ option they have in their hotel, it is in need of serious improvement; I stood at the “please wait to be seated” sign for more than 10 minutes with no staff appearing to want to seat me. It was eerily quiet in the restaurant, but there were people sitting and being served, so I respected the sign, but at no point was I addressed or told to wait a moment if they were busy, and that’s where they dropped the ball. I realize this is not necessarily a review of the hotel, however, I highly recommend either partnering with local restaurants that are making an effort or drastically improve your local option if you promote it at check in. This ultimately would determine staying here again as there were other hotels in the area closer to walkable dining options. Love Lansing and its charm!

Very nice clean hotel/room. Not much to do in the area. Restaurant has a very limited menu and staff but the food was decent. There is a Starbucks in the hotel but nobody was behind the counter to serve me. No complimentary breakfast/coffee. Valet parking is $28 plus tax and tip. Self parking is $15.

Despite advertising that they have a hot tub, there was no hot tub. If you stayed in the shower longer than 3 minutes the shower floor began to flood. Our first room smelled heavily like cigarette smoke and we had to switch rooms. Our second room had dirt and food particles on the floor in the corner when we opened the curtains whwre they clearly don't clean.

They didn’t honor the king bed I’d booked had to have two queens. Didn’t offer free drinking tickets that were part of the plan. Then charged me for the hotel room Despite me paying in full through Expedia. I told them that during my check in and yet they still charged my credit card. Everything was great!
We had an awesome stay. The staff was great, the room was clean, beds were comfortable, the shower was amazing! There was a Starbucks in the lobby, I got a voucher for free parking! We had a very happy stay.
That is one great shower, I didn't want to get out
