Hotel staff gave me the run around when I tried to cancel the reservation. Staff would rather charge a fee to a customer then provide basic customer service.

I understand it's frustrating when, as a traveler you need to cancel a reservation. We do have cancellation policies in place to help our conventions maximize their attendance as the host hotel. I apologize if you encountered challenges with us enforcing these cancellation policies.
