Small, pretty hotel in good location for touring. We went for the basic room, and it was simple, but clean and comfortable without any frills - but a bottle of water in the room would have been nice. The the hotel gets really quiet at night. Nice on site restaurant and the buffet breakfast offered a good range. Small issues with service where promised extra pillows didn't turn up, and when were again requested later in the evening we were challenged on when we arrived, who we had asked and when... and then got presented with 2 mismatched -sized pillows to take up the room ourselves. Bit silly really.

We had a fabulous room (6)! Breakfast on the terrace was very good with lovely, friendly staff. Location was quiet and easy to access the rest of the island.

We enjoyed the quiet location. Staff were pleasant and helpful. Breakfast was adequate and evening meals were plentiful. Our room had no air conditioning so best to check before booking as it would be stifling in very hot conditions. But overall a very nice hotel.

Excellent hotel - very friendly staff, lovely welcome although we had arrived late at night and well outside of their normal opening hours. Would definitely stay here again. Very good food, especially the breakfast.

Great stay would definitely book again
Loved this little hotel in the centre of the island - location was fabulous for day trips in all directions & especially handy for the wine region which we loved. Breakfast is basic but all that you need, service is excellent & the hotel is spotless in a lovely little quiet town.

Nice stay but need some improvements
The place is nice and very well located. Owners take care of making you feel welcome and give very good advice to discover the area. We were looking forward to the open air jacuzzi and this is not working at the moment and that was kinda disappointing. Rooms at the old part of the house are ok but beds are in need of an update as these are not comfortable anymore. Very good point for the restaurant though, which is one of the best in the surroundings.

Really unusual building, our room consited of 2 high ceilinged and large. Very comfortable beds clean, personable staff and overall postive experience the only exception that our room did not have a mini fridge which really is a must.

Very good hotel
Overall, we really enjoyed our stay here. The room was lovely, the pool area was nice and the staff were friendly. We booked half board and were slightly disappointed by the food offering for vegetarians, but perhaps this was our fault for not making our requirements clearer. Yaiza as an area is still being developed and whilst it’s nice and the hotel is in a quiet part of town, we struggled to find any local cafes for a quick drink in the evening. The crux of the question is whether we would recommend this hotel and the answer is emphatically yes. There were little things we would’ve done differently ourselves but overall it was a very good experience.

Very nice staff, though not many of them. This meant reception was only sporadically staffed. The food was good, but limited and a bit repetitive choice for half board. The building was lovely, very old with high painted ceilings

Beautiful quiet hotel
This quiet hotel just grows on you, with beautiful rooms, lots of separate areas to relax, and excellent buffet breakfast. We normally eat out at local restaurants, but the onsite restaurant was so good, we ate there every night!

Hotel with a difference
A most unusual and atmospheric hotel in a quiet location on the edge of Yaiza, with pleasant sitting areas outside. My room was spacious and comfortable. The buffet breakfast is excellent, and dinner tasty and well-presented. An ideal place for calm relaxation, or for outdoor pursuits.

Good place but you need a car
The hotel is beautiful! It is very clean and the room has been cleaned every single day. There is no reception during the day and no staff at night...if you need anything, you are on your own.For 110EURO at night, I was expecting something more! The neighbourhood is sad, the hotel is located next to an abandoned building site. Beautiful countryside views and nice swimming-pool!

We enjoyed 3 nights here and on arrival agreed to upgrade to "junior suite" as more spacious - biggest bathroom I've seen! Turned out to be low season so staff presence only around breakfast time but didn't affect us. Very pleasant, small pool area.

Warm welcome on arrival, escorted around the hotel and shown the facilities. Excellent meal in the restaurant, came in three times during our five night stay. Staff pleasant and helpful throughout our stay.

Very Spanish hotel in pretty village
I wanted something a little different from the average tourist hotel and it was. We thought the hotel was very interesting and it met our needs. I would stay there again. The buffet breakfast is excellent.

Camera molto spaziosa (sembrerebbe di recente costruzione), letti confortevoli, bagno ampio con cabina doccia molto spaziosa, terrazzino con piccolo tavolino. Ottima pulizia, personale cortese. Buona colazione, anche se con offerta migliorabile per quanto riguarda il reparto dolce. Ottimo ristorante inserito nella struttura. Buon rapporto qualità/prezzo. La qualità del soggiorno sopperisce alla lontananza dalle spiagge, comunque raggiungibili in pochi minuti di auto. Molto soddisfatto del soggiorno presso questa struttura.

Tolle Unterkunft. Die neuen Zimmer sind sehr schön, die älteren haben ihren Charme. Gute Ausgangslage zum National Park. Angenehme Atmosphäre im Hotel, nicht überlaufen. Frühstück, WLAN, Sauberkeit lassen keine Wünsche offen. Nettes Personal, Parkplatz ausreichend verfügbar.

War sehr gut buchten bei Ebookers Zimmer mit Safe und im Altbau. Bekamen aber Familienzimmer im Neubau ohne Safe. Laut Rezeption buchten wir bei Ebookers über eine anderes Reisebüros und die gebuchte Zimmerwahl habe bei Ihnen neu einen anderen Namen bekommen. Für mich waren es undurchsichtige Ausreden und vor allem von einer sehr unfreundlichen Dame. Alle andern Miarbeiter/innen sind im Richtigen Job und boten uns einen Super Aufenthalt.
