Great Complex where nothng is too much trouble

Pros: The complete package from check-in to check-out.
Cons: The variety of the breakfast selection could be improved.
Location: Excellent location next to the beach and all shops and bars.
Returning after 2 years we thought the complex would be tired looking but were pleasantly surprised to find that it had totally been freshened up and looking brill. The staff were friendly and very helpful - so we would recommend it . . . give it a go as you won`t be dissappointed.

You get what you pay for

We went at Easter for a quick week in the sun. The rooms are out of date, walls thin, my matress needed changing as it had a dip and there was an unusual smell...! So, how come I've given it 4 stars? Because thats what you get when you pay about 50% less than other hotels in this resort! Its a cheap and cheerful place to stay - dont expect anything fancy. If you want that, pay twice as much. This place does the basics well enough, plus it has two really great pools that are clean, you can always get a sun bed, the bar is great, gym, sauna, tennis and ping pong are all free & it's close to all the beaches and restaurants. Dont bother staying here if you want luxury as you'll obviouslt be dissapointed, but if you are on a budget then its a great hotel.

Hotel has good location

Oasis is handy for beaches and coastal walks. Shops, busses and restaurants are all within five minutes walk. The apartment was kept clean and had all you need to cater and cook but would benefit from investment in decor. With two pools gym and sauna it easy to spend a day on site. I would go back.

hotel experience.

Cons: Maintenance and staff levels
Location: Everything you need Close at hand
The staff must need a holiday , mostly miserable. The main complaint is the condition of the rooms. As the hotel is used all year round the maintenance is very poor, most furnishings are old or broken. I had to sleep on the floor for three nights as the sofa bed collapsed twice , even thow Bodged with tape. The rooms were dirty , towels thread bare the size of hankies. The pool and bar areas were excellent , with lots of sun beds, but this does not compensate For the room.

Nice Hotel, good location, good value

Pros: Nice and relaxed atmosphere, not overcrowded. Good staff and great location. Lovely clean facilities.
Cons: Some apartments need updating, and the bed linen and towels are really old.
Location: Great location, beach, shops, restaurants nearby. Like el patio for eating and The Lighthouse for entertainment and the Bacchus for lunch and drinks.
Great staff, great location, but some apartments need updating. Separate pools one more for families and one for relaxation. Not much on offer for eating, but if your self catering the supermarkets and restaurants are over the road.

Nice pools.Close to everything.Bad accommodation

Pros: Swimming pools. Location.
Cons: Furniture.Lighting.Cleaning the rooms everyday.Changing towels everyday.Making the beds. Giving small bottles of shower gel/soap/shampoo.Free Wifi.
Location: Good location. Close to bars, restaurants, shops, beach and bus stop. Taxis nearby.
Very uncomfortable old sofa and beds. Very old furniture. Ants in the bathroom. No soap or small bottles of shower gel or shampoo. Old towels and only changed every 3 days but you can ask for clean ones at reception. We stayed 8 days and sheets weren't changed...nobody comes to make the beds. Smell of dump in the room. On the plus side, this hotel is close to the beach, shops, restaurants and bus stop if you'd like to explore other areas. The pools are nice. Plenty of sunbeds. Very helpful staff in reception. No free wifi but paying 27 euros gives you internet access for two devices in any area of the hotel for a week.

Very Good Value

Pros: Big apartments, I am disabled and had no problems.
Location: The beach is a few minutes Walk but the hotel is central to all amenities
We had a great stay, staff were friendly and helpful especially Carol on reception. The apartments are clean and comfortable with a separate living area and bedroom which is great as I am an early riser. The complex is being upgraded at the moment but this was not a problem. Some interesting acts performed at the pool bar from singers to flame throwers.

Rooms need improvement

Issue with the toilet flooding the bathroom on day one. Room was very dated and didn't feel clean. Smelt musty and damp. Room never got cleaned or towels changed in the five days we were there

Good for money

Pros: good
Cons: Better WiFi connection. The Chinese lady in the reception is quite professional but better to speak more kindly and softer.
Location: shopping, eating
We were 3 families and have got 2 normal apartments and one deluxe apartment and arrived a week before Christmas this year. We have surprisingly not got WiFi connection access (we have eventually have got WiFi connection after 4 days! but with very poor quality). The rooms were clean, the location of the hotel was great and the sea side was within walking distance. The hotel was quite and the garden was nice. We have not used dinning room as there were many restaurants around. I think some of the comments on the web site are misleading and this hotel is better than the rating on the web site (money wise).
