Lovely Hotel

Pros: Friendly staff, good food and very clean.
Location: Location was a bit far out of the centre of Teguise but the hourly shuttle bus is very good.
Hotel was really nice, food excellent and staff very helpful and friendly. Would definitely stay here again. Only downside of this hotel is that it is about 25 minute walk into the centre of Teguise however the cost of a taxi is only about 4-5 Euros.

Outstanding hotel close to the beach

Pros: Everything
Cons: AC or some ventilation in the Gym
Location: Coffee shops, stores, pubs, restaurants, beach, and the aqua park is nearby too
All the was staff very nice, helpful and pleasant. It is perfect and it has everything you need for an amazing holiday. Spacious rooms with terrace, Gym, main swimming pool for adults and children, adults swimming pool also with bar and in the other side of the complex, Olympic swimming pool, beauty treatments, amazing food in the restaurant and they have Champagne for breakfast for their guests. I really had a blast and I will definitely go back.

Good pools Quiet a few steps to get to anywhere

Overall really enjoyed the holiday Lots of steps to get around Good choice of food at all meals Kids club/ entertainment is on a bit late in my opinion

Short break away to relax

Hotel seemed very geared to families some of the rooms seemed tired and in need of updating drinks were expensive if you are HB and not all inclusive. Food was average nothing special we dined out most nights staff seemed friendly though

Great Holiday

We had a great time. Worried about some of the reviews, but nothing really to worry about. There are a couple of things but nothing huge and don't thread happen just about anywhere? Food was great - lots of choices and decent quality. Plenty of healthy options too. Restaurant is a really nice place to eat. Hotel grounds were very nice and well maintained. Lots of space and plenty of things to do. Signage and information was poor. You will probably go wrong - especially in the first few days. The gym is not where it says it is on the map or any of the signs for example. We were in block 4 which had a nice view over the grounds. Lots of traffic noise though from the road behind. Pools were great. Cold in the morning but OK later. The new Olympic pool is not part of the all inclusive and you need to wear a cap to swim in there (hard to find info about that). Staff are great - almost everyone falling over themselves to help. We had a great time. Sort the signs and he map out though. We would go back.

lovely hotel.brilliant holiday

Location: Out of town but close enough
Everything about the place is lovely.The animation team is second to none.Cannot find fault with the place.Returned yesterday and am looking to book again for June.

Lovely hotel near beach

Lovely clean hotel near beach. When booking through Expedia be warned you do not get Al A Carte restaurant included in all inclusive.

First of all: hotel had changed its brandname in 2017, so it was a bit confusing to locate the place. but: very quite surroundings, found nothing much to do in the evening nearby, so eating in the hotel was a good idea. enoufg space for parking, reasonably fast check in and check out. money well spent!
