“The person working the counter was helpful and got me taken care of just fine. The room was nice enough, spacious. The pillows were the good kind and nice and firm so kudos for those. The downsides were the shower / bath situation. You didn’t get hot water unless you ran the water for 5-10 minutes which seemed really wasteful. “The staff at this Fort Collins location is above and beyond the most helpful, patient and remarkable staff of all the places I have been. They are the reason I choose this location for my stays in this area. Even if they are CSU fans, they treated me fairly and with humor. It was nice to talk to real humans and get help when needed. “Great location and well-maintained hotel. Check in staff were very friendly and helpful. Rooms were clean and comfortable! Location was centrally located to downtown which was super convenient to be able to walk to all the bars/restaurants. Only downside about this hotel is the noise. We were woken up by guests in the lobby and pedestrians walking by outside since it is in a busier part of town. Overall, very nice hotel and would stay again in the future!”

“The staff was nice, and it was convenient to have the Maverick convenient store basically in the parking lot. However, that is where the positives end, room was filthy with flies swarming everywhere. Thought the bathroom was nice until after the people in the room above me used the shower half the night and I heard dripping in the bathroom, went in to find a large puddle.
