Everything about the hotel was exceptional except for our dining experience at the a la carte restaurant Olive. Service was terrible and food was nothing close to what we were expecting. Sandal & Soya were amazing along with the service we received. All in all it was a good holiday.

Nice stay

Facilities are great..food were good, staff helpful...location not the best and high value of money, when I need to extend my stay they charged me more than usual rate saying because first time I booked through agency and in hotel rules different(higher). I booked family suite for 4 adults it was so small.

Also, the hotel may change its rates due to the day of the week, proximity of the booking to the day of the use and many different factors, so the cost of the same room can vary from one day to the next. With regard to your accommodation concern, the description of our rooms with all en-suite facilities and sizes are provided on our website and in travel catalogues, so our future guests can easily make a choice in favour of one or another room. Beautiful hotel with lots of green areas.

Pros: Food , pool & beach
Cons: I think a free shuttle service to surrounding area in Lara would be greatly help,as it is a bit far to walk outside the hotel.
Location: Location is very quiet and peaceful .
Had a very good stay, in a calm uncrowded well organized Hotel. Service was very professional,and food simply great.The beach is very nice & clean with lots of space.Also, large well shaped swimming pools. I would certainly recommend this hotel for an enjoyable summer experience.

Good good excellent service

The atmosphere was nice hotel staff was very friendly its very family and children oriented The food was good they had a problem with the deck chairs everybody reserve it with a towel in the early morning so if you come after noon you will not be able to sit.

Excellent hotel

We visited the hotel from 27.6-4.7.with our six month old baby Althoug it was very very hot (40 c) We had an amzing time. The hotel is located very near to the beach..within acouple of minutes walking distance..still there is a shuttle to the beach.. Four great outside pools one with slides. One inside pool. The food was amazing..they had different theme every day.. didnt like the alacarte restorants but they were always full.. Great welcoming staff. Very nice and helpful Overall ..great stay

A great place to relax

If you want to get away and sit by a pool for a relaxing holiday, this hotel is fantastic. TOP TIP: Get a taxi from Antalya airport & don't bother with transfer. A taxi costs 45 lira approx £10 each way, cheaper than a transfer as it's only a 20 mins trip. Taxi's are available 24hrs a day, and for our return to the airport the hotel radioed one directly which arrived in just a few minutes. The grounds of the hotel are lovely with a huge grass area (soft, lush green and perfectly manicured) great for lounging on. The hotel is big but doesn't feel crowded. If you have kids it's perfect. Ours are 4 and 6, they loved the pool with the slides, loved the kids club and there were another couple of park areas; one on the beach and one near the main restaurant. We stayed in a family room (2 bedrooms, one bathroom). Spacious, fairly basic. It great shower! Bed and pillows were very comfortable... I appreciate everyone has their preferences but I slept very well! Some of the shows we saw in the evening (acrobatic/dance type productions) were very good! Minor negatives: sometimes the music around the kids/slides pool was very loud, somedays not so bad. If you want a quiet beach spot, stay away from the water sports hut... v loud music which I found agitating! Once we discovered this it was too late to move as the other loungers were taken. There was plenty going on each day if you want to get involved with activities.. animation team weren't too pushy.
